Chúng tôi đặt phòng tại khách sạn và dự định sẽ có một kỳ nghỉ tại Hạ Long nhưng vì thời tiết nên chúng tôi đã lưu trú dài ngày ở đây. Khách sạn thật sự quá tuyệt vời, đồ ăn sáng ngon nhân viên nhiệt tình giúp đỡ chúng tôi mọi lúc mọi nơi. Tôi chắc chăn sẽ giới thiệu tới bạn bè về khách sạn này

The hotel was very clean and impeccable service. The location is very good and quick to visit the tourist attractions such as beer street, ho hoan kiem and train street. The staff are very friendly and take their time to help organise tours that are well run and very interesting. Their recommendations are good!

Good location, very good price, good breakfast. Very good team- always smiling and trying to do the best. We had good memories in here with my family. I recommend this place for everyone. If I come back I will stay here again. Thank for everything, lovely stay!

Everything was incredible, their staff was impressive, we stayed 4 nights and everything was great, the cleanliness was extreme, the room, bathroom and facilities are very good, the lunch was great and above all, the dedication and help of their workers is worth highlighting. I highly recommend this hotel, of all the ones I stayed in it was the best! Don't hesitate to go to this hotel, it's a 10/10!

Very lovely hotel. Good breakfast with large selection. Very helpful staff, always smiling. The location is great and next to everything. The room is worth the price . If I will come to hanoi i will definitely come to this hotel. I recommend it, we enjoyed staying there.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, spacious rooms. Clean and well maintained. Service is excellent (Jenny helped us with everything) and the breakfast is the best we have had in Hanoi (both the buffet and the a la carte)! Location also good, 10/10 recommend!

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Perfekt für Stadtbesichtigungen. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Das ganze Team (rund um Joy und alle anderen) waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Organisation von Ausflügen und Restaurantempfehlungen wurden wir von Joy und dem Team hervorragend unterstützt.
