Room is clean, breakfast is good and all staff members are so kind and helpful. Anna is awesome, she recommended me some good place to see and arranged a car to the airport for me. Also they let me take a shower before going to the airport since my flight was midnight. When I visit Hanoi next time, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

El hotel está muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas y el desayuno es bastante bueno. Lo mejor sin duda es la atención del personal (Danni y Anna). Todo el mundo muy amable, te ponen todas la facilidades que están a su alcance, pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel durante 4 días.

Bixby the pillows were very good and I liked everything in the room. OKI left the room.It was very clean and everything was perfect and I said You know, the trip we made to East not common? That should be made to how long Bay was excellent, which was invented by the stuff, and we would love to come back and stay here again but never weekend, thank you.

Jenny was really nice and helpful. The location was great. Breakfast on the roof. Rooms were clean. Stored our things while we went on the Ha Giang Loop. Gave us recommendations while in the city. Helped us book our tour. Very pleasant stay overall.

Great hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Central location. Good value for money. Rooms are clean & have all the expected amenities. Friendly staff and front desk available 24/7. They also welcomed us with a light refreshment and snack, which was appreciated. We did not have a massage or breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on these.

staying here is so comfortable. staff is very friendly. they will assist you nicely. it is near on old quarters tourist spot also near hanoi train street which you can enjoy eating different vietnamese food. and you can also experience while you eat theres a train passing by.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Vietnam & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible.Its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel au Vietnam et je lui attribue sans hésiter 5 étoiles ! L'hôtel est impeccablement propre et moderne, offrant un cadre agréable et confortable. Ce qui distingue vraiment cet endroit, c'est le personnel exceptionnel, toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider. J'ai rarement rencontré un personnel aussi attentionné et dévoué. Un grand merci tout particulier à Quiin pour son service exceptionnel, qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un séjour agréable et sans souci. Bravo à toute l'équipe !
