I recently stayed at Le Parfum Apartment & Hotel and wanted to share my experience. While there were some challenges, I also had positive aspects to highlight. Upon arrival, I encountered difficulties due to ongoing construction, which prevented my taxi from accessing the hotel directly. I had to navigate through alleys to reach the hotel, which was quite exhausting considering my early morning arrival at 3 am. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the receptionist by phone, and upon arrival, I found the hotel closed. It took multiple attempts to receive assistance. Eventually, I was able to check-in, but the room I was assigned was disappointingly small, especially the bathroom. I later discovered that the hotel had notified my travel company about the construction, but I was not personally informed. However, the following day, the hotel graciously upgraded my room to a spacious apartment free of charge. The upgraded room had ample space, a larger bathroom, and even a convenient shoe cubby outside. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this room. One aspect that detracted from my experience was the hotel's location, which was approximately 20 minutes away from the city center. Coupled with the ongoing construction and road blockades, this created additional inconvenience. In summary, my stay at Le Parfum Apartment & Hotel had its ups and downs. While the initial challenges and small room were disappointing, the hotel's gesture in upgrading my accommodation was greatly appreciated. The spacious apartment and thoughtful amenities enhanced my overall enjoyment. However, the location's distance from the city center, compounded by the construction-related disruptions, was a notable drawback.
