The location is nearby lotte mall, lots of coffee shop nearby. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful they let me check in 1 hour earlier. The room as facilities to cook and wash. Its also quite at night you can sleep well.

It was a great place to stay in Hanoi. The environment was also friendly and close to local stores and food.

The apartments are clean and adequately furnished. The beds comfortable, hot water was plentiful and hot. Kitchenette with range, stovetop and refrigerator make preparing your own food easy. Comfortable, reasonably located to nearby attractions and reasonably priced. Hosts were very easy to deal with and our stay was most enjoyable.

The room has a balcony and a washing machine for washing clothes. Cleanliness: It can be seen that the owner cleans the room very well, the facilities in the room are very new, and the bathroom tub is really not dare to be used. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good. It is very close to the West Lake. The various coffee & teas by the lake are very atmospheric and cheap. You can have a drink at any time. Service: The store owner has a very good service attitude. He will call in advance to confirm the arrival time and wait at the apartment. If you need anything later, you can contact us by phone or whats app.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, close to LotteMall and a stone's throw from the ponds. Excellent hospitality from the hotel owner - communication when booking, meeting upon check-in, service during your stay. The apartment has a washing machine (a machine upstairs for drying clothes), a kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating. Very beautiful roof terrace. We recommend it to guests of Hanoi and will try to return again.

The room is about 25 square meters in size. It is very clean and tidy. It has a small balcony and a washing machine. It is very comfortable to live alone. Outside is a pedestrian street with a Greek restaurant on it, which is great, as shown in the picture.

It is close to Lotte Mall and is a new building, so the internal facilities are clean and the service is good. And there are many places to eat nearby.
