Great hotel near lake

Reception was friendly, the location was good, but the room was quite dirty. The top sheet was washed but underneath was hair and crumbs of some sort. There were drawings on the walls, and the room was quite cold. Pay for what you get.

Location and price are quite good but other things are quite bad. I booked a room on the app but the staff (old lady) didn't know how to check the booking information and had to call someone to check. The room is quite old, the door is difficult to close, the air conditioner is quite noisy, the bathroom and toilet are very small.

The rooms without windows are quite old and dirty, the beds are dusty, the fans are never used, there is a loud noise, the room is not cleaned, you have to be told to do it, there is no drinking water, no elevator, very uncomfortable, not suitable for resting.

Located in Hoan Kiem Old Town, the geographical location is very good, but the facilities are very poor. I made a reservation right away because I was in a hurry, and I was grateful that the friendly staff upgraded me to a 2-bed room.
