I came to Hanoi on a personal trip, but I didn't like the complicated city center, so I booked this hotel near Seoho. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. The mattress was a bit soft, but it was very good for me. It was a condo-type apartment, so there were cooking utensils and a washing machine that could be washed and dried, which was very useful for me. There was a garden and table on the rooftop with a beautiful view of Seoho, which was really nice. If you go out through the back door of the hotel, there are marts and local restaurants nearby, and TP Bank Live is located 5 minutes away, so it was convenient for withdrawals~~^^
The only regret is that it is a bit difficult to walk from the hotel to the Old Quarter. However, if you like a quiet place, this is a place I would recommend. I extended my stay for one day and will be going to my next destination tomorrow.

The hotel's location is great, a bit away from all the city noise, yet right in the city center! The people working at the counter, Liam and Alice, were incredibly kind and helpful, very accommodating, and they helped us through our first days in Vietnam.
