So, first of all - i'll recommend this hotel for sure. We've came late at night and they've found us a room to wait till morning (500k dongs). Our check-in was earlier then declared. Room (lake view) was big and well-designed, but the main highlight was certain lakeview balcony. We love it.
The hotel specialist also arranges an Ha long tour for us, it was good.

The hotel is not bad. The price/quality basically corresponds to what was stated. We chose one with a view of the lake. Clean, quite cozy inside, nice guys at the reception, they solve problems. Google translator will help, because they do not understand Russian, English is mixed with Vietnamese. But the seeker will always get what he needs. They organized an excursion to Halong without any problems, they led us by the hand to the bus. The time is almost always precise. The only thing that was a little annoying was the lack of breakfast. No matter how you look at it, you want to calmly get up, eat and then think about where you will go for a walk and what you will eat.
