門上鎖，前台無人，在外面找到zalo聯繫方式，加上之後發訊顯示已讀但一直不回，離開前拍照留證明。另訂酒店之後始收到酒店來電，同意退訂，但攜程後來説店家不同意退款，辯稱前台有人，照片上傳後就直接耍賴不退款了。
過錯方不在我卻需承擔後果，攜程還好，此事件上有態度，但是錢本來就不多，衹是碰上如此遭遇，心裏很不平衡，越南人的服務意識國人需多留心眼
