Its my Second booking in this hotel, I love the service of all staff specially Anna,hotel is clean and easy to communicate with

Very accessible. Near a lot of cafés and old quarter. The hotel is still new, room is clean upon arrival, the mattress is nice and soft, water pressure is okay, we love the AC! Even the cheapest room is top tier! Though rooms are not soundproofed, but we still had a decent sleep! + Staffs are nice and can speak English! Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely book L’Amant again!

The hotel has a nice interior and is in a great location right in the center of Hanoi, close to the lake and night market. I was initially pleased with everything — until I discovered hair on all the pillows. It was very clear the bedsheets had not been changed before my stay, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The hair definitely wasn’t mine, as I have long brown hair. This completely ruined my impression of the hotel and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

The location is good. Tiny washroom countertop spaces, but it's good to have hanging hooks that most hotels of the same grade don't have. Towels are thin and look not clean enough, maybe it's a bit old as I found a ring size torn part on a towel. Room size is bot bad.

Perfect stay. Size, value for money, location are all PERFECT. Anna and team are very helpful. I borrowed a weighing scale and they are very accommodative. The wifi is good. The place is next to HK Busline, if you want to book a sleeper bus to other parts of Vietnam. The place is also close (1 min walk) to a 24 hr laundry self service. Perfect for solo and family travellers. Cafe Giang which is famous for its egg coffee is opposite this hotel.

Hotel locations is convenient to us, all the restaurants, coffee shops, cafe and etc are nearby here. Besides that, Room is nice and clean.

10/10 the staff are accommodating and can speak english well. They also offer travel services if you need one too. They are professional and we will book here again if given the chance. I recommend you to ask them your concerns before booking.

Nice and helpful staff, convenient location, towel and bedding needs to improve

Stayed 1 night here & it was ok for the price. It’s in old quarters & It’s walking distance to the walking street and many other places. Room is quite small, had to shift things around to put 2 big luggages. It’s also a bit noisy at night as the rooms are close to your neighbours though opposite. My partner couldn’t really sleep the whole night. They were nice to offer us a cake, but we didn’t know how long has it been out of the box - so we didn’t eat it 😅 Overall, it’s good for 1-2 night stay. Not for longer stays.

Everything is great except the sound insulation is bad as others people voice can be heard.
