- общительный владелец отеля, который помог нам с чемоданами при выселении
- хорошее местоположение
- вкусные фрукты на завтраке
Минусы:
- в бронировании был указан балкон, однако нас заселили в номер без него
- плесень в ванной и испачканные стены
- на самом деле у отеля 2 корпуса, которые находятся практически через дорогу. При бронировании об этом не нашла информации. Нас заселили во второе здание, которого нет на фото. Выглядит оно хуже, чем первое и много ступенек. С багажом было неудобно заселяться
- при заселении был какой-то сумбур. Ощущение, что к нашему приезду были не готовы
В общем-то, все неплохо, но, глядя на рейтинг и отзывы, ожидала лучшего

It’s a fine small hotel in a very convenient area. If you’ve ever stayed around the lake in Hanoi, then you’ll know 90% of these hotels are the same. They’re all quite small. The streets around here can get a little noisy during the day. But this particular street this hotel is on isn’t particularly worse. But the cathedral does ring bells once in a while that can be heard. Lots of small cafes and cocktails on the same street but not too rowdy. Room is quite spacious. It does the job when you just need some where clean and comfy to sleep in when you’re out and about each day. Bed is quite comfy. Pillows are excellent, with great support. Don’t know why so many hotels get pillows wrong. Good value hotel.

We booked 1 tour to go to Ha Giang (3 days 2 nights) when I stayed at Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel. I must say that the trip was truly wonderful. The manager and receptionist in here helped me very enthusiastically with every question I had. And I chose Ha Giang for this trip. It's a wonderfully beautiful land. 3 days - 2 nights is not enough for me to explore everything, but I find it very worthy and not a bad experience. Must tryyyyy!!! Next time I come here I will stay at this hotel and try other trips.

Street and location are great; close to cathedral, lake and old quarter but still not as overrun as some neighboring streets. Manager and personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok; kitchen is a bit small so choices are limited. But not bad.

Super comfortable hotel in a perfect location with all major sights in easy distance. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I must thank Tu Vi who went out of his way to help, we arranged our airport transfers with Tu Vi and enjoyed a smooth and stressful arrival and departure. 100% recommended!

Trải nghiệm ở ks Hanoi Capital Premium Nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo, ví dụ bạn Tuấn Anh(ca đêm), đầu bếp. Vị trí gần nhà thờ Lớn, dễ dàng đi hồ Gươm. Vị trí an toàn. Good and safe place. Friendly staffs. Good food. The hotel is near Saint Joseph Cathedral of Hanoi church and Guom lake.
