Location is great, staffs are helpful, the bad thing is very noisy from the street the whole night and couldn't sleep well.

The room was OK and very quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful! Especially Kenny. My friend and I had a lot of trouble because we didn't exchange enough cash and couldn't find a place to exchange cash. Kenny helped us very enthusiastically (of course, I don't recommend that you bother others like this 😄). Kenny and Racel were the few people we met in Vietnam who could speak Chinese, so communication was very convenient. They also spoke very good English. The guy who helped carry the luggage at the door was also very good and helped us adjust the air conditioner very patiently. I think it is a hotel with very thoughtful service and high cost performance. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is quaint and is located in the old city. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The customer service staff has a smile and is very enthusiastic to help us with many matters. They will always ask about the accommodation status. It is a hotel worth visiting again! ! ! ! !

It is a small hotel with gentle and polite waiters. Although our family room was a bit small, it was very comfortable to stay in. The scenery outside the balcony window was also good. Breakfast tastes great! The hotel is in a good location. It's not far from anywhere. Go boldly.

The room is long and narrow, and the overall space is relatively small. There is not even a chair in the family room, but the bathroom is not bad in size. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic and gave a lot of suggestions on travel, dining, transportation, etc. The sister at the front desk also reminded us to be careful with our mobile phones and backpacks when going out. Room types facing the street are more likely to be affected by the roar of motorcycles on the street. If the sleep quality is not good, it is recommended not to book a high-rise room facing the street. The pho for breakfast is delicious.

The waiter was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to ask me if it was my first time in Vietnam, introduced restaurants and attractions near us, and provided a map of the hotel. Originally I had to check in at 14:00, but he kindly told me that I could check in at around 12:30. The only thing is that the hotel hardware needs to be improved. For example, the hot and cold water will be very hot when it comes out, so it needs to be adjusted slowly. And there are only traditional 2-pin plugs, no new USB charging devices, etc. And the hotel is on the roadside, so it will be noisy. . Overall, I really appreciate the enthusiasm of the waiters.

Because it is in the central area, the rooms facing the street are noisy. Overall, it is good, but the price/performance ratio is not good. The service is very good, help with booking The restaurant and rooms are packed up for early check-in. It's very close to the hotel next door and doesn't feel very safe.

Comfortable stay, good location

Lotusama was a great experience for us as a couple the hotel was clean and tidy and all our needs were catered for. Reception was 24/7 and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was delightful with exceptional choice and quality. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and diligent especially Kenny in helping us plan tours in Sapa, Ha Giang and Halong Bay. And even helped us book a night train to Da Nang. For a great experience of Hanoi and the surrounding area I urge you to look no further than Lotusama Hanoi Hotel. I have never experienced a nicer group of hotel staff. They were all warm and engaging. I could just sit and talk to all of them. Even the manager, Thuc was cracking jokes about having to haul my bag around until check in, which he allowed me to have early. My favourite staff members were Juliet who had the prettiest smile, she was so lovely and so eager to assist with anything. Kenny was my go to man, he fixed my Netflix log in, he changed money for me, he even took me to the train station on the moped. I can't thank the hotel staff enough for making me feel really comfortable. The hotel is not very old so good modern facilities but built in the old quarter style. Its a very good location, easily accessible to all the old quarter land marks and dining options. Thanks again for making my stay in Hanoi, memorable. When I come back to Hanoi, I will look you guys up.
