Vinhome Skylake Service Apartment - Mikage Housing

The location of the map is different from the actual situation. If you want to experience the accommodation in Vinhome, you can try it, but the whole hardware equipment is full of Yangchun and a little advertising is not true, you can't see the lake view, the only advantage may be that it is relatively cheap. Vietnamese hotels are not expensive. Not very recommended for this kind of homestay

Hotel frontdesk staff not professional and polite, specially one overnight frontdesk lady with black jacket. I just want to know it is really a 5 stars Hotel??? Your staff not respect your customers. I feel very disappointed of your services. I will not recommend my friend and family to book your hotel again if you not improve the services.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. My room had a great view, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The gym was well-equipped and offered a stunning view while working out. Overall, a great experience!

This is an apartment-type hotel in the My Dining area, so you have to check in and out yourself and receive the card from the mailbox. Information desk security guard is unfriendly The apartment floor is poorly cleaned. Other than that, the amenities are okay.

The hotel room is kinda old, and it’s quite disappointing, the hair blower is still those kind of really old fashioned one you have to press and blow. When we first got in the room, it has that kind of awful smell that’s really dusty, and even for the bedsheets it’s super dusty, we got nose allergy instantly. The housekeeping service is kinda bad, they don’t refill enough for the stuff and don’t clean well. But their reception is really nice and we ate at their restaurant their service is super nice as well the food is so so.

The location and various facilities were good, but there was an issue regarding the reservation condition and the process was inconvenient. When checking in on Trip, the price for 1 person and 2 people was the same, and usually there is no price difference for 1 person and 2 people when booking a hotel, so I made a reservation without distinction, but here, they said that I was registered as 1 person and asked me to pay the difference of 1,500,000 VND. They must have their own internal policy, but they didn't consider the situation at all, and it didn't seem like market practice, and they applied it too rigidly. I also think that the difference is excessive. I think Trip should also describe in detail that such additional fees may occur. It was a trip where I could have a good time, but I was very uncomfortable because I had to worry about this. The location and various facilities were good.
