Central located with local amenities such as mini mart, good restaurants (Japanese & its own Jasper Restaurant), cafes within the building. Pho restaurant is next street within walking distance and Korean BBQ Restaurant is 200m away from hotel. Housekeeping services to clean the rooms and clear rubbish are also excellent. Front desk counter staff are friendly and readily to help out.

Highly recommend hotel. Right in the middle of old town and many shops and food nearby. Service staffs are very friendly and attends to your needs almost immediately. Would like to shout out to Jacky, the manager of the hotel. Gave us a temporarily room to rest in as we arrived at 6am while we wait for our actual room

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, including local dishes like pho. My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

- Like: looks clean; taking care of hygiene during COVID season by equipping special trash bin; - Don’t like: aircon was very poor in a new hotel; staff feedback is slow (this is the surprise for 20 year experience hotel chain!)

We booked 2 Villa rooms for my family. My wife, my son 15, my daughter 11 and I. Checked in on time and very well done. Room has only 01 key each, a bit inconvenient but fine. The room has private Jacuzzi but only turn on when I requested to reception/house keeping. Sauna also only switched on when we showed up. It took a few min before we can enjoy the services. Large pool on 1st floor and good. No parking allowed for guest under ground garage but I'm asked to park at open air grass front yard which is fine. No cutlery prepared at breakfast, no tea or coffee offer at breakfast buffet. Food is good with both local and international. Focus coffee has good beverages but staff are not welcoming. The hotel has a great view over Dam Vac lake Overall, I grade this hotel/resort 5 stars for facility but 3 stars for services.

The ladies at the front desk can speak a little bit of Chinese, and the onboarding process is very fast. The room was also very clean; Located next to the highway, it gets a little noisy at night; The hotel TV also has the Chinese version of CCTV, hahaha; Breakfast is delivered to the hotel next door by a special car, which is very convenient. The red building diagonally across the road is a large supermarket ”GO!” with a wide range of items and not expensive, making it a great choice for daily necessities.

Going back to Bac Giang for business and choose Ravatel hotel to stay. I am quite impressed with the hotel. Surrounded by a lot of trees, the room is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, the room I stayed in also has a kitchen to cook, can't believe that a 4-star standard hotel cares about customers from such small things. The gym room is quite good, the swimming pool is hot. Enthusiastic staff can speak both Chinese and English. Will come back next time when I come back to Bac Giang for business.

Nam Cuong Hotel - Hai Duong is very beautiful and convenient for all subjects. The hotel room is a bit old but very clean, the staff is professional, the campus is extremely spacious. I really liked the clean room and full facilities before we checked-in. Clean, neat and beautiful fabrics. Food and service are very professional. Staff and management take care of guests very carefully and especially knowledgeable about food and drinks. We really enjoyed your ”1” drinks on Skybar. The spa is also great.
