There were no humans to talk to, which meant no help or advice. The only option for drink was water because the coffee machine did not work.

Walkable (10 mins) to subway station. No reception desk.. Only a self checkin kiosk, where we need to enter the 4 digit pin

The checkin process required a code for a key box. This code was sent to a message in the app and not to my email. It was an uncomfortable arrival, as I needed to use the toilet. There was a lot of noise from the hall. The location of the hotel was not bad, and well connected everywhere with public transport.

Clean, quiet, no frills
It was quiet, there is no staff on duty at night. The check in process to get the key from the lock box was easy but the lock was difficult to open on the room. There is no AC and it was unseasonably warm so it was rather stuffy in the room. The room was basic and very clean. No elevator.
