The location of the hotel is ideal as it is at best a 10 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof and from Kropecke metro station as well as the wonderful city center attractions. I found the female receptionist rather cold to be frank - her spoken German seemed to be not so good either. By contrast the male receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and efficient and offered some good ideas on what to see and do while in Hannover. My room was spotlessly clean and ideal for a short stay.

Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer sauber. Personal unfreundlich. Rezeption Sonntag 8:30 nicht besetzt. Abreisende Gäste hängen die Schlüssel an den Türgriff der abgeschlossenenTür die zur Rezeption führt . Nachts ist das Hotel die reinste Folterkammer. Aus den Heizkörper kommen ganz laute Geräusche, da helfen auch keine Oropax. Darauf angesprochen heißt es wir kümmern uns drum. Tagsüber ist das brummen und pfeifen der Heizkörper genauso laut, allerdings ist man da auch nicht auf dem Zimmer.
