このホテルの宿泊はトラブルが続き大変でした。
予約時の予想到着時間が、窓口時間内だったため、前日にピンコードが届くはずだったのですがメールで届いておらず
入れなくて困りました。結局そのメールは宿泊２日目に届き意味がありませんでした。
朝食付きで検索して予約したと思ったら朝食無しで予約されてしまったので当日３日分の朝食代を支払いました。しかし領収書を出してくれず
クラウド上に出すとのこと、でも届いておらずメールで催促した所、いったん全然お門違いな部屋の領収書が来たので再度朝食の領収書を要求すると
いっこうに返事が来ません。ハノーファー駅前が高い所ばかりだったのでこちらにしましたが、人の対応は感じがよかったのですが、不備ばかりが目立ちます。
スムーズなイライラしない旅をお望みの場合は他のホテルをお勧めします。

Etwas unpersönlich, aber zentral
Das Hotel ist angenehm zentral gelegen, mit einigen Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich war in einem der neueren Zimmer. Passt soweit alles, mit Design hat das aber nicht viel zu tun. Schwer zu sagen, weshalb sich das Hotel so nennt. Der Self-Check-in ab 14:30 Uhr ist ein bisschen nervig und auch unpersönlich. Es gibt keine richtige Lobby. Das WLAN war in meinem Gebäudeteil leider zu schwach.

Das Wichtigste zuerst...
Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Dafür gab es zwei Gründe, das Hotel befindet sich in einem Innenhof, d.h. kein Verkehrslärm. Und zweitens roch die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm. Ein weiteres Plus ist das keyless PIN System für den Zutritt, sowie Youtube im TV. Positiv überrascht war ich auch von dem Frühstück, das liebevoll angeboten wurde. Noch ein Tipp: Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude haben eine kleine Terrasse.
