We had two nights here and the Sheraton is different in a good way. Pros. Staff attentive, friendly and professional Upgrade recognition for Bonvoy platinum and above also excellent. Rooms and bedding are comfortable. Suites have complimentary mini bar which was a nice add on. The club lounge evening drinks and meal starts at 6.00 pm and no buffet but a choice of one red or two whites, a couple of beers and two mains from the kitchen. Both choices were superb. Breakfast service from staff. and food choices are superb, one of the best in Germany. Public transport 2 minutes walk from reception. Cons. Location is a little isolated. Fitness centre on weekends doesn’t open until 9.00am. A few more canapés at the club lounge would be nice. All in all, the Sheraton has a lot of class and is value for money . We would certainly recommend this hotel.
