Actually it was very pleasant, very clean. Tea & coffee making facilities, no slippers. Clean bathroom & towels . The Philippino gentleman on the Reception was very pleasant, polite and helpful. It’s on the edge of town but you can easily walk into the Centre to the shops, cafes, restaurants & hot pools so it’s no problem. It was super quiet too. No complaints and they even leave you a cookie with the tea’s & coffees. Easy parking also.

The hotel provides breakfast and the sanitary environment is not bad, but you have to carry your luggage to the second floor, there is no elevator, which is a bit troublesome

It’s a really nice and quiet place. The service was great as well. What we love the most was the view outside the retreat! We had a great stay!
