We have stayed all over New Zealand and tried to get the best places to stay at. This property is top of the tree. Tony is an excellent host and the room is better than most good hotels. Tony will help you with anything he can. The room is very large and you have your own parking area. The gardens are pristine with a beautiful pond. The property is a mere 500 metres from the centre of Hanmer Springs, that makes it easy to access but far enough away to be a peaceful haven. Opposite is a golf course which adds to the privacy. Everywhere is walkable. The furnishings in the room are high class. I am not describing it all, just believe me.

We had a fabulous stay in the beautiful Koru suite. The property is absolutely gorgeous and of luxurious design. Every little bit of detail has been considered and no expense spared. We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful suite and would highly recommend to others. A short stroll into town and the pools. Tony is a fantastic host and there if you needed anything. The property is set in gorgeous landscaping and is private and quiet. You will not be disappointed and we will definitely return.

Oakview is a gem in a town with few luxuries apart from the famous Springs! A "hotel" room does not come any better than the appointments and space of the two apartments in this property. Furnishings and appointments are of the highest quality - even the fridge is a luxury Liebherr ! Owner host Tony will make certain all your needs are fulfilled and will direct you to restaurants in town - just an 8 minute walk away. Park your car at your front door.
