Just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. Right downstairs, you'll find a 24-hour convenience store and an Ichiran Ramen – pure ramen freedom! It's also incredibly close to popular dining and shopping districts, with various drugstores readily available.

This was my second stay here. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. The location is absolutely unbeatable. You step right out into Roppongi's most upscale district, surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants and even an Isetan Beauty Salon. This area, frequented by many fashionable and elegant people, truly hosts some of Tokyo's most luxurious hotels. With numerous art museums nearby, it's a fantastic place for shopping, dining, and enjoying exhibitions.

The variety of food is good to start a day. It could be better to serve brown rice, whole grain bread and more variety of fruits.
It could be better to have in house laundrette.
The supermarket is located near to JR RYOGOKU Station.

Pros: Location was great with just 7-10mins walk to Tokyo Station and there's Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line) just outside the hotel making it easy to access to Shibuya Station. Massage Chair in each room as a replacement of bathtub, came in handy for our aching backs and legs (not for feet) which we used it almost everyday!  
Cons: Found a strand of hair in the bath towel for 2 days stay. Note there's no washing machine in hotel but they do provide laundry service (chargeable). Bed is situated next to bathroom so lights will be shinning into the bedroom when using the bathroom.

Overall good experience at this hotel, room size was towards the smaller side but it was a comfortable stay. However it would be good if the hotel has laundry coin services as we were not able to do our laundry in Tokyo. Massage chair in the room was a good addition but i wished it provided options to the customers if they would prefer it or not as it occupies quite a big amt of space in the room. Hotel provided extra amenities too like free probiotics, eye mask each day at the lobby and checkin process was seamless.

The hotel itself is pretty standard, clean, efficient and relatively comfortable. The staff were polite and the check in/out process was easy. 
The real winner here is the location. Literally on the same block as the trains and subway, with plenty of restaurants, convenience store etc and smack right in the middle of Akihabara’s iconic street, it does not get much better than this. Highly recommended.

It does not allow early check in but the location is really convenient. It just took half an hour via monorail to reach the hotel from the airport. Considering that it means it is so convenient to arrive from haneda. The hotel is generally clean. The room assigned without a window is a flop as the bath room occupy the windows area. This is a solo traveller room so is alight. Additional Amenities are available downstairs. Check in and check out is pretty easy.

Super convenient location if you're travelling to Haneda airport after. Hotel itself was very decent, connected to public bath within the S building. Lots of food options nearby and the train station has great connectivity.

Hotel is near to Kayabacho and Hatchobori station. Alternatively, you can get to Tokyo station from the bus stop in front of the hotel. If you have booked any day trip and the meet up venue is at Marunouchi station, taking a uber could be a better choice. Our ride cost is around JPY1100 which is not too bad. If you choose to walk back to the hotel from Tokyo station, it will take approx 10 minutes. 

Room wise, acceptable. Small but considered to be ok for Japan hotels. Front desk service is kinda lukewarm but we did encounter some friendly staff during our stay. Overall this hotel could be one of the options should I return to Tokyo.

Amazing view! Hotel rooms are on the high floors in the nice office buildings like twin towers by the river. Easy walk to Tsukiji Station and also Shintomicho Station. We walked on the bridge to cross the river to go to Tsukishima where is the famous for Monja food. Very interesting Monja street! Highly recommended. Great Metro access to all over in Tokyo. We would stay there again. 

As for the hotel itself, it’s an old hotel but well maintained and kept clean. Using a shower is a bit tricky but we had no problem as they have an easy to understand instruction in the bathroom. 

There were two mineral water bottles, tea bags and coffee. Bathrobes were great. Much better than the other hotels with two piece pajamas or heavy unbreathable robes. Front staff seemed all nice and I overheard one gentleman speaking fluent foreign language. Overall, a wonderful place we totally recommend to anyone.

Our initial triple room was incredibly cramped, but the double room we moved to later had a normal, comfortable amount of space. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel occupies floors nine and above, with a shopping mall and restaurants on the floors below (up to the eighth floor). Getting here is very straightforward: take the airport bus to Osaka Station, and it's just around the corner in the direction the bus was heading. The transportation links are truly excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The rooms are spacious with a pleasant ambiance, and are spotlessly clean. Being a newly opened hotel, it certainly lives up to its cleanliness.

We booked two rooms, but I accidentally selected a king-bedded room for one. The lovely lady at the front desk graciously helped us switch it to a twin room for free. They had already arranged the twin beds together in the room, and there was ample space – enough for two large suitcases to be opened comfortably.

Each room comes equipped with a bathtub and a full-length mirror, which is very convenient. The only minor downside was the absence of children's amenities; only adult products were provided.

When making my reservation, I was torn between this new hotel and an older one. I ultimately chose the newer option, but I later realized the old hotel has a much better location. Every time we went shopping, we had to walk for about ten minutes to reach the old hotel's vicinity, which was quite tiring, especially in hot weather. Therefore, for those planning extensive shopping trips, I would recommend opting for the older hotel instead.

The location is incredibly convenient. You can reach the station easily, barely getting wet even in the rain. The surrounding area is packed with shopping malls, so you can get all your shopping done right there. A major highlight is the airport bus stop nearby, which means you don't have to haul your luggage far. The only minor drawback was that my room faced the train tracks, making it a bit noisy. Check-in is after 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can store your bags and head out to explore.

Facilities: The room was rather compact. We had booked two 1.2m wide twin beds, but they couldn't be pushed together.

Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Location: The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a 4-minute walk to the JR station, making it incredibly easy to explore different areas. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right downstairs. Umeda shopping district is only one train stop away, or about a pleasant 20-minute walk. The area also boasts plenty of dining options; downstairs, you'll find numerous charming local eateries where Japanese people enjoy late-night meals, creating a wonderful atmosphere. There's even a popular duck noodle shop nearby that consistently draws long queues!

Service: Service was adequate. We didn't have much interaction with the staff beyond check-in and check-out.

My second time staying at remm Shin Osaka. Check in was very smooth with the staff’s assistance. Check in was done in 5 minutes. Some amenities are available at the side of the check in desk for hotel guests to take.

Staff is very friendly and will say welcome whenever the lift open its doors. Room was nice and clean, great view of the Shin-Osaka station from the bathroom. Room is just nice for 1-2 adults, can be abit small if you need to open a large suitcase.

Choices of housekeeping was good, can opt for daily/eco or no housekeeping by placing the magnets on the door when going out for the day. Vending machine available on all floors too!

Check out was very smooth, completed in 3 minutes with the assistance from hotel staff. Housekeeping staff are very polite to greet me every time when I walk past them, Definitely will come back here again!

The hotel is conveniently located just over a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station, or one stop on the Osaka Loop Line. There are also many dining options nearby, including Sushiro and Ohsho right downstairs.

The rooms are on the smaller side, and the bathroom is quite compact, but it's a plus that it features hot spring water.

While the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel is generally quiet.

The breakfast, offering both Japanese and Western styles, was good and the dining area was peaceful and uncrowded.

The hotel's public bath (onsen) is a nice feature, though it comes with a fee of 800 JPY per person per use.

Nice location and impeccable service.  Breakfast choice is a little bit limited though, not to mention the long lines for seats in the morning

Hotel rooms are clean. If travel with elderly, it is recommended to take their shuttle bus from the main street to the hotel. There is a big public hotspring area with different types of hotspring pools to choose from. Also a private pool for hotel guests only.  Our family had a really good time staying in this hotel.

Location is good, but room is small. Love the bathroom design. 
Breakfast is basic - was expecting more and better options considering the price paid for. 
Glad to find the airport limousine stop very nearby the hotel for Kansai airport.
