Sehr schönes Atoll mit hervorragenden Bungalows, die in ihrer Einzigartigkeit trotz der in die Jahre gekommenen Details überzeugten. Strand und Meer einzigartig. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals waren beeindruckend. Leider hatte das F+B Management auf Themenabende beim Restaurant gesetzt und in der Umsetzung jegliche Kreativität vermissen lassen. Wer braucht schon einen italienischen Abend auf den Malediven, insbesondere wenn die indische Küche eine interessante Vielfalt bietet. Diese war jedoch sehr spärlich und wenig schmackhaft. Die Ausflüge per Boot wurden mit einem Fischerboot durchgeführt, was die Qualität des Hotels fragwürdig machte. Wenn nur zwei Schwimmwesten für 10 Personen an Bord waren, ist dies schon als fragwürdig zu titulieren. Die Spa-Anwendungen sind eindeutig zu empfehlen. Die An- und Abreise waren professionell geplant. Der Kennenlernabend mit dem Management war sparsam und die Führung des Hotels hatte dies wohl als Pflichtübung angesehen.

Auch unser 4. Besuch war sehr erfreulich. Die Insel und die Bungalows sind sauber, der Strand wird ständig von angeschwemmtem Unrat gereinigt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne ständig nach Trinkgeld zu schielen. Nervigen Gästen am Strand kann man ausweichen und den unbewohnten Teil der Insel nutzen. Es gibt nach wie vor keine Wellenbrecher und keine Wasserbungalows. Das Essensangebot wird ständig variiert, es gibt immer wieder neue Angebote dabei. Jeden Dienstag findet ein Cocktail-Empfang am Strand statt, bei dem sich die Gäste näher kennenlernen können (gut!). Es gibt aber immer einige Dinge, die sich noch verbessern können: - Der Wasserdruck der Dusche schwankt stark, besonders natürlich, wenn gerade viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen. Hier sollte die Pumpleistung verstärkt werden. - Buffet: Das Nachfüllen der Speisen kann sich noch verbessern. Man stand öfter vor leeren Behältern oder es fehlten Teller und Gläser. Nach wie vor, sind am Obststand Mangos, Maracujas und andere tropische Früchte knapp, sie fehlen für einzelne Mahlzeiten entweder ganz oder werden erst auf Nachfrage unter der Theke hervorgeholt. - Fruchtsäfte: Die angebotenen Säfte scheinen überwiegend aus künstlichem Sirup ("cordial") oder Pulver gekauft oder gemischt worden zu sein (und schmecken dementsprechend künstlich bis scheußlich), das war früher schon mal besser. Einzige löbliche Ausnahme: Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird stets ein einziger frisch gepresster Fruchtsaft (Wassermelone, Papaya, u.a.) angeboten, für die beiden anderen trifft die obige Bewertung zu. - Bei früheren Besuchen fragte der Fahrer eines Elektrowagens beim Vorbeifahren, ob Gäste, die zu Fuß unterwegs waren, eventuell mitfahren wollten. Jetzt donnern die Fahrer stets ohne Nachfrage vorbei.

Séjour enchanteur !! Mer turquoise, longue plage de sable blanc sur laquelle on peut se sentir seuls au monde. Bungalow directement sur la plage avec transats et parasol installés chaque matin. Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Un immense merci à Mothilal pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, il a été aux petits soins pour nous au restaurant tout au long de notre séjour. Merci à Pogaa pour son sourire et son accueil. Merci également à notre accompagnateur des excursions qui ont étés superbes (en compagnie des dauphins) Merci à toute l'équipe pour nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen hier. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, aber 4 Sterne würde ich hier nicht vergeben wollen, nachdem die Anlage, vor allem die Bungalows, doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Insel ist ziemlich hoch im Norden. Von Male eine Stunde noch mit einem kleinen Flugzeug nach Hanimandoo und von dort aus nochmal 10 Minuten mit dem Schnellboot zum Reiseziel. Die Insel selber ist sehr schön, wenn man die Ruhe sucht. Auch das Personal, vor allem Mohasin, der für unser Zimmer zuständig war und Sangeeta, die uns immer sehr gut und liebevoll bewirtet hat, waren einfach toll, sehr fleißig, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider sind, wie schon gesagt, die Bungalows in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Urlaubs ging einige Male die Spülung der Toilette nicht mehr. Einmal hatten wir überhaupt kein Wasser. Man war aber immer bemüht, das Problem schnellstens zu lösen. Das Restaurant war auch sehr schön und das Personal immer freundlich. Aber leider war das Essen meistens lauwarm. Nur das, was frisch zubereitet wurde, war immer heiß. Geschmeckt hat aber alles. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön. Auch dort war das Personal immer sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte sich, wenn man nicht laufen wollte, auch mit einem Golfcar überall hinfahren lassen. Über sportliche Aktivitäten kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, weil wir wirklich nur geruht haben. :-) Der Urlaub war sehr schön, nächstes Mal würde ich persönlich aber nicht mehr so weit in den Norden der Malediven reisen. Zum Abschluss möchte ich allen Rauchern mit auf den Weg geben, dass sie sich unbedingt am Flughafen in Male mit Zigaretten eindecken sollten, da eine Schachtel Zigaretten auf der Insel 40 USD kostet.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort, and I feel it’s important to share my story to help others avoid similar pitfalls. Before we arrived, we contacted the property regarding our flight arrangements. They promised to provide details 5-7 days prior to our arrival, but when the time came, we received no updates. We attempted to reach out again about our domestic flight tickets, but our inquiries went unanswered. Upon arriving at Male airport, we visited the hotel office a day before our scheduled transfer to the resort, only to discover that our names were not on the list. After some back-and-forth, a representative assured us we would receive information that evening, leaving us completely in the dark until the last moment. It was incredibly frustrating to be so far from home without any clear communication. To add to our troubles, a few days into our stay, we received a call from reception demanding additional taxes that were never mentioned in our booking or invoice. They claimed it was a new government tax for tourists, totaling an unexpected $250! It’s hard to fathom that they couldn’t inform us of this charge ahead of time, especially since they had a month to do so. Imagine a family of four or five being caught off guard by such a fee! We requested to speak with the manager for clarification, but he was unavailable. Instead, a junior staff member was left to address our concerns. How can a resort operate effectively without its management being accessible? Agoda even attempted to intervene regarding this issue, but they were ignored for two full months. As for the food, it deserves a mention. It was the worst dining experience we've ever had! They recycled fish and cheese balls for days until they became inedible, and the food preparation was subpar and monotonous. The instant mashed potatoes and flavorless ice cream were particularly disappointing—truly the worst ice cream I’ve ever tasted. The desserts were mediocre at best. My dogs eat better! The bread was stale, at least 4-5 days old, and there was no toaster available. When I inquired about a toaster, I was told it was broken. We were literally left hungry. The Accommodation: Regarding the accommodation, the water pressure in the bathroom was unreliable, and while the shower appeared appealing, it posed a significant slipping hazard. I unfortunately lost my footing and sustained a serious cut on my finger. The beach adjacent to the bungalows frequently experienced strong winds and large waves, rendering swimming nearly unfeasible. To make matters worse, we discovered a syringe hidden in the sand. I genuinely question the circumstances surrounding this location. The island is quite large, which means that guests with limited mobility may require a buggy to reach the restaurant or bar. However, the availability of buggies is not guaranteed, and guests may experience a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. In summary, I would not contemplate revisiting this island,

We booked our stay through RCI and paid. After paying we were told to pay additional fees for meals which we paid and was expected. We were further required to a further additional charge per day of 51 dollars per person for the festive season, which were we forced to pay as they refused to book our flights in if we didn't pay this over and above the already full board charge. When we got to the island the food was horrific, the poorest quality, and hardly any decent food. We basically lived on eggs and toast for breakfast and dinners were pathetic with people angry and competing to get to the little chicken provided. You are also not allowed to bring alcohol to the island.This hotel is the biggest rip off ever, we practically starved most days as we could not eat most of the food. I would not recommend staying here. The staff are kind and courteous. But we wasted thousands of dollars as there was hardly much food or variety for anyone. Biggest loss for me and my family and friends

Nice Island with White sandy beaches. Stuff was very friendly Food and drink were also good. It is good if you have all inclusive because you don't need to have money with you. Beaches were clean and the water was clean and war. Bungalows need to be updated.
