Perfect stay with exceptional personalised service. Very comfortable stay. Love the mood and ambience. The rooms are abit dark so hotel staff proactively offered to place brighter lamp for my elderly parents. Some extra lighting is definitely helpful especially for putting on make up. Breakfast was excellent. There is also complimentary afternoon tea (consisting of desserts) which can be changed to supper if you are out the whole day. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. The supper was a mixture of savory and sweet with a glass of beverage, be it wine or a hot cup of milk. All staff were very helpful and always full of smiles, making us feel welcome. The best part for my kid was the paid VIP TV programmes. We would like to return again! The service was very good and even before arrival, they were happy to assist us in restaurant reservations.

It is a very nice boutique hotel. The staffs were very friendly and the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper snack are all extremely thoughtful.
Definitely would recommend to friends and anyone whos going to visit HZ.
However, since the hotel style is inspired by nature and earth palette, hence the room decor and lighting are not everyones cup of tea. If I am travelling solo, I think its a bit too dark and scary for me.

What an amazing hotel! Fron the lovely staff, the interior, the breakfast and the toiletries; you cannot go wrong here.
We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend anyone wanting a more laidback/resort vibe to give this a go.
My only gripe is the distance to the city center which is about a 30-40 min taxi drive, but it is very close to everything around west lake.

好評是特地給zada來的，作為攜程黑鑽，出門都選最貴最好的酒店和民宿，但是還是沒有碰到過像zada這麼好的服務員，細心貼心，服務實在太好了。白天出遊打車 39度的天氣，頂着太陽她讓我們在室內自己幫我們門口等車。怎麼叫她都不肯進來。平時用餐 她就時刻貼心的幫我考慮到我所有的所需。真的最最好的姑娘 讓我走的時候都對她有點像朋友一樣不捨得。非常好
