環境非要好，幽靜，古樸典雅，綠樹青山環抱，酒店裡中餐廳和法餐廳質量高，不會踩雷，這一點很難得。

房間風景很好，飲食也不錯，但是正對大床屋頂安裝煙霧報警器，一關燈就對着人閃爍，晚上閃光燈還很強，像是有人一直拿閃關燈對着你一樣。對於淺睡眠的人來説真是難以忍受，對睡眠影響很大。之前住這個房型就提出過問題，一直沒有改進。住過很多五星級酒店，從來沒遇到過這樣的事情

酒店坐落在西溪濕地內，自然環境很不錯，居住環境很好，房間有家的感覺，整體服務很熱情。早餐味道也很好，園林式的建築拍照很出片

喜來登剛開業的時候住過一次 房間是挑高的設計 整個環境比較古色古香
這次幫家人預訂的時候還是有些緊張的 畢竟過了這麼多年 怕設施比較老舊
實際入住維護的還可以 服務也很好 有求必應 幫我們升級了房型
這次還預約了酒店的自助晚餐 菜品豐富 味道也不錯
