酒店就在地鐵口，出行簡直太方便了，去杭州東站就2個地鐵站，不用着急忙慌的趕高鐵。房間衞生不錯，晚上很安靜，床睡的也踏實，服務員的態度很友好，基本上有求必應，大廳的香薰味道很好聞，綜上所述，是一家值得推薦的酒店！

交通超便利，地鐵4號線新塘站出來不超一百米到酒店。最贊。乾濕分區，馬桶旁有晾衣架，很贊。新的酒店有甲醛味，要開窗通風好久才行。裝修檔次一般，早餐一般。

前台辦入住簡便快捷，進入大廳一股淡淡的茶香薰味很好聞，房間乾淨整潔，外賣機器人可以送到房間門口，小度語音智能控制燈光空調，很方便，早餐種類很多，味道不錯，不錯的一次入住體驗

我重點説一下隔音這個問題，超級無敵x，隔壁在洗澡，説話我聽得一清二楚。早上根本不是我自主意識5:30鬧鐘醒的，是隔壁洗澡把我洗醒了。
設施：雖然是新酒店，整體來説，跟同類型同期開業的酒店比遜色許多，床品剌腿。一點也不柔軟，床死硬，配的被子也很薄，更像經濟型酒店的標配。洗。洗澡水冰冰涼涼，幸好這幸好這不是冬天，扛一扛就過去了，也懶得打電話找他們
衞生：重點吐槽一下廁所。洗澡間晚上一回來洗澡一股子尿味…味道超級重
環境：新裝修的整體能看得出來很新，到處都是那種茶香味香氛薰頭腦子的劣質香，從房間內到房間外都很刺鼻，雖然有一面窗户，但是是不能開的封閉窗味道根本散不出去，超級無敵難聞
服務：進進出出打招呼都很熱情。服務人員也非常有服務意識。但是硬件基礎實在是太次了
打車打車定位必須走到馬路旁邊，別的酒店的位置才行。要兜一圈，整體來説體驗感比較差，同樣的同樣的價格，換其他家會體驗感更好一些

因為服務態度可以所以第二次入住這家酒店，但是晚上到酒店一掀開被子床單上有乾涸的血塊…等了一個小時才給我們換，值班衹有一個人也能理解，可是後續沒有給我們任何補償措施，望改進謝謝。

地鐵站就在酒店邊上，打車也很方便，房間乾淨無異味，衞生間乾濕分離很整潔，設施齊全，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，早餐也不錯，種類也挺多的，外賣都是機器人送到房間門口，總的來説體驗感不錯，值得推薦
