房間很乾凈整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，住得很安心。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足，日常洗漱很方便，距離文三路地鐵A口非常的近，過一個紅綠燈走幾百米就到了，前台工作人員服務周到！

房間舒適明亮，也很乾淨
唯一需要改良的是外賣機器人衹有一個，又衹能用一部升降機，外賣會等得比較久，建議自己到大堂取會更快

私湯大泡池特別舒服一身疲憊卸下來了。酒店前台美女服務態度熱情周到還送了拖鞋、泡池一次性墊子安全衞生。房間空間很大，有機器人送餐。酒店在地鐵站附近 到各個景點出行比較方便。早餐也不錯，品種豐富，延遲退房，總之商務出差或旅遊首選的酒店。

環境乾淨，床睡得非常舒服，靠近西湖風景區，樓下美食很多，交通方便，來遊玩的旅客建議早上起床就直接門口掃碼一輛自行車騎行去西湖遊覽，全程 3 小時左右，體驗非常不錯👍
