En Ohana la atención es muy personalizada, el personal es muy amable, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitas. Pablo y Javiera nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa. La ubicación es buena, a 5 minutos en auto de Hanga Roa. El desayuno buffet es surtido, rico y con comidas preparadas en el mismo hotel. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, las habitaciones espaciosas y luminosas. Hay un quincho cerca de la piscina y el jacuzzi es maravilloso. Como solo tiene 9 habitaciones, el ambiente en el hotel es muy tranquilo.

Foi um dos únicos hotéis que tive oportunidade de confirmar em loco que as fotos disponíveis online correspondem à absoluta realidade. É um hotel excelente, novo, com tudo extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, pensado na funcionalidade com design irretocável. Estão muito de parabéns! As refeições são deliciosas, saudáveis, preparadas com os melhores produtos frescos. Alguns inclusive da propriedade, que tem horta e pomar. O staff é o toque de excelência.
