The host contacted me multiple times through booking, wanting to confirm our arrival flight. Since we booked it on Ctrip, we couldn't receive the message. I tried calling the hotel but no one answered. The landlord later told me that it was her home phone number and she was not at home most of the time. As a result, we were very helpless when we arrived at the airport. Everyone else was picking up the airport, but we couldn't get a taxi!
The room we booked was on the second floor with a nice view and a lot of fruits planted in the yard. We had two seafood dinners in the room and it was great.
The landlord was very enthusiastic and originally wanted to introduce us to a tour guide, but we found a handsome guy at the airport. Although his English was not very good, our purpose was to take photos, so it was not bad.
The landlord rented her car to us, which was slightly cheaper than the ones on the market, and even sent us to the airport on the last day.
I was overcharged in tax when charging, and it was later refunded to me through Ctrip.

I love the place. Really tranquil and quiet. The Cabaña was well appointed with a decent sized living area and a small separate kitchen with a table and chairs. Good pressure in the shower. The accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the Main Street.
For the price, it really was a bargain. The host is very friendly and helpful too. Definitely would recommend this place!

Las cabañas tienen lo justo, fui con mi madre y nos tocó una habitación con una cama de 2 plaza y al lado tiene la cocina, (fuera de la habitación) todo muy limpio, hacen el aseo cada 2 días. Te van a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto con collares. La dueña es muy amable y servicial, también arriendan vehículos

Muy buena acogida, nos fueron a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, cabañas limpias y una muy buena recepción de parte de la Sra Silvia la encargada. Nos recomendó los tour que nos gustaron mucho y donde comer. Las recomiendo para quienes quieran conocer la isla.

La atencion es muy buena y preocupados de una buena estadia, te van a buscar al aeropuerto con un collar de flores, te hacen el aseo todos los dias, ademas te cambian las sabanas y toallas cuando te quedas varios dias, tienen wifi, Tv con cable, cuentan con arriendo de vehiculos y te recomiendan al guia para hacer los tour en la Isla, donde te van a buscar y a dejar. Lamentablemente igual queda vastante retirado de la Playa y la habitacion era con cocina compartida con otros puespedes (no era cabaña) las fotos que estan publicadas por Falabella daba a entender que era una cabaña con habitacion, baño y con cocina individual.

This review is for their car rental business only (we stayed elsewhere). They were exceptional and I highly recommend them! We rented an automatic car because of their competitive rates, and were very impressed with communication. The car was great, a few dents here and there but worked perfectly, and the four of us were very comfortable. Most importantly, the team was very flexible and responsive over Whatsapp, modifying our reservation on the fly as our indecisive selves added a day upfront, removed a day at the end, with multiple different pickup/dropoff locations. At the last minute, we decided to see the sunrise at Tongariki the morning of our reservation, and while there weren't automatic cars available, they were willing to send us a manual car the night before and switch it for the automatic later in the morning. Furthermore, when we realized that many park attractions required a guide, they were helpful and shared some ideas for what we could do independently, including an awesome hike. Many thanks for helping make our Rapa Nui stay awesome!
