It's an attractive looking hotel, but it leaves much to be desired. No air-conditioning, only a tabletop rotating fan, which doesn't do much. Sleep on top of the covers, all the windows and doors open all night. Because your windows and doors are open, the roosters are extra loud in the morning. The shower supplies a single travel size packet of Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditioner, and the body wash is in a wall mounted pump like you find in a public bathroom that puts out the tiniest pump of soap. One day I couldn't get any hot water from the shower. The wall mounted hair dryer doesn't work. There are two plugs in the room. Laundry is three dollars an item. Towels are to stay in the room, but the hotel has a limited amount of beach towels. Another person in our group had termites in her room. The Wifi is fair. The pool is fine, the breakfast was fine, the staff is okay, the location is good. Overall, however, there are enough accommodation options that its worth looking for alternative options to consider.

Dormitory hotel. The setting is very beautiful and maintained unfortunately the hotel is not alive. Bar, shop, excursion office, massage room closed throughout our stay. The rooms have the bare minimum, that is to say; a bed, a wardrobe and a desk without a chair. There is no hairdryer, no iron, no bedside lamp (the minimum that can be found in a 3-star hotel) If you want to ask for one at the reception, things also get complicated because the person in charge of it is almost never there. We leave you on arrival, a whatsapp number that you can never use because the wifi is also non-existent (due to bad weather conditions according to the reception, yet there is wifi everywhere else on the island). A big thank you to the kitchen and the breakfast service who were able to largely compensate for this frustration. The catering team is adorable. Thanks also to the cleaning service who were able to leave us a clean and functional room every day.

The room was comfortable and spacious, as was the very clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety on the table. The garden was very pretty, they took care to keep everything tidy and at the same time recycled bottles. The staff was excellent, we had no problems.

The rooms doesnt have an air conditioner, no TV, no radio, no USB charger, no chair, but they do have a office desk without a chair. The room had a weird smell, maybe mould infected rooms due to smell, WIFI is really bad, very unstable, not functioning most of the day, also it is incredible slow. There are bugs ( such as cockroaches ) in the room. It is a bit annoying to wake up because of the chickens or to dogs that are walking around inside the hotel. Price is too high.

Second time we go to this hotel, the first time the customer service was terrible, although we thought it was something of the moment, we came back this year since we got married here with my partner, our families also came to this hotel. The person at the reception only knows how to say No to everything you ask, they do not have laundry service, you have to pay to have your room decorated for the wedding night because they do not give courtesy after telling us that it seems unusual to us, they gave us chocolates and a bouquet of flowers. There is never a reception, there is only a wsp where they answer you. The room where we were had a leak in the bathroom and it is not a cheap hotel for what it offers. On the other hand, if you are late in leaving in the morning, they do not make the room for you, it is that simple. We had to make the bed ourselves even though we left before the cleaning time. The positive thing is the view and the food, which is delicious. The rest is a disaster. I do not recommend it, I came twice both of which have not been what we expected. The customer service overshadows all the beauty of its facilities.

Great place with a nice design. I enjoyed a lot this place..room was spacious and clean, bathroom was also spacious and clean. They do cleaning daily. Breakfast was nice: scrambled eggs/guacamole, chees, ham, confiture, cheescake and so on.

It is an excellent place to spend time with family and relax. The trip was during the opening of the island, which means that the hotels are in the process of adapting to the new requirements. Minor problems were resolved immediately.
