The staff offers excellent and friendly assistance. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great bed. The central location is convenient for exploring the town on foot.

Well below american standards. No air conditioning, terrible beds and pillows, bedspreads that have not been changed for awhile. Service is good.

On the plus side, this is a charming place with air-conditioning and very close to town. It does have some cats that wander around the gardens, but I love cats so that was ok. What I don't love is being woken after 3am each morning by the competing cockerels. A cock-a-doodle do at 6am sunrise I can just about cope with but these blighters had their own idea of what time constituted a wake up call. Really bad for a hotel whose main function is providing a nights sleep. Another thing I'm not fond of is cockroaches. Unfortunately, Easter Island is full of them (and they are giants) so I can't blame the hotel for having some visit my room. What I can object to though is having a dead one on the floor whilst having breakfast and the staff ignore it rather than clearing it away.

The property was convenient for our stay and was recommended by Viator for our tour pick-up. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed a last minute tour guide fill-in. Air conditioning was great, nice big shower. Very noisy roosters during the night, beds sag in the middle so did wake up a few times. Breakfast does not start until 8, including no coffee so not helpful for an early start. We were surprised with all the chickens around there were no eggs, not even hard-boiled for breakfast.

We really appreciated the pick up at the airport and beautiful flower necklaces. From our arriving Cony has been very nice, always smiling and helpful with us for anything we asked for. She booked our 3 greats tours, gave us many reference for restaurants, boutiques, cafés, etc. Thank you so much Cony !!! xxx The hotel is really well located like 5 mn from the harbour, restos and Moais around the city. A lots of flowers, gardens, chicken & roosters roaming there. The buffet place was clean and meals good but I missed some eggs. Our room was fine but the quality sleep was a bit bad with the roosters singing-yelling from 6 am, sometimes before. And then, all the rooster from the city are responding. Anyway. Thank you to Mr Joseph who gave us a nice lift to go back to the airport. Sonia & Biagio from Montréal, Qc, Canada

The hotel is basic, there is nothing really wrong with that. But which hotel gets it into its head to let 3 to 5 roosters roam freely that crow every night/morning (between 2.10 and 4.30 at night/in the morning) and keep crowing. Hours on end. I understand that eco stands for sustainability, nature conservation etc. But the goal of a hotel is also the guests' night's rest. And that is impossible. Even with earplugs you can still hear the crowing.

We went to that hotel because a friend booked it for us and paid for it from Chile without us knowing what hotel it was and when we saw it we looked for information on forums and saw various opinions and some not very good, so when we arrived at the hotel we were a little worried but at reception a young lady and a gentleman received us with kindness and simplicity and we liked that we went to our assigned room (it was at the end of the complex at the bottom and facing the garden (there are two floors) it has a small hall outside that has a table and two plastic chairs and the first impression was a room (clean, tidy and with the basics to spend a few days (it does not have refrigeration but a great ceiling fan and it has a mini fridge) the normal clean bathroom with natural ventilation and normal linen (without roughness) and basic toiletries. I want to emphasize that the cleaning they did daily was PERFECT, the breakfast is normal (and with some shortcomings) it had what was necessary to start the morning (the waitress is very nice) and the room was very clean and tidy. very attentive to constantly replenish what is missing) At reception they were always professional answering our questions and giving us their suggestions. The only drawback is the Clucking and Cackling of the Roosters and Hens loose in the hotel gardens and throughout the town, and that start to bother us very early (around 5 in the morning), we mentioned it at reception and they gave us some earplugs, (solving the problem). Quality Service and Price Relationship. Normal

This is a well located hotel a short walk from the harbour with some decent size rooms and lush tropical gardens but is a very basic hotel with limited facilities and the disadvantage of free range chickens roaming the gardens. They look cute but if the entire point of a hotel is for you to sleep in it, here you have no chance of sleeping as the competing cockerels start off well before dawn meaning you have no chance of sleeping beyond 6.30am. To add insult to injury there are no kettles in the rooms and no tea or coffee making facilities in the lobby (or anywhere to get drinking water in the hotel) so you have to wait a couple of hours amidst the cacophony of the chickens for breakfast to open to get a drink. Breakfast itself is amongst the worst I have eaten in years, not even any fresh eggs from the chickens! I think standards may have slipped post COVID but this hotel needs to seriously up its game.
