Went to stay for the second time. I like everything here. After going, I want to go again and again. I like nature, lots of trees, lots of shade. Just a little bit, I was woken up at 1 a.m. by foreigners coming to play in the pool and chatting in front of our room. In the service section I am impressed with every employee. I'll find another opportunity.

The service is a bit indifferent. omg, don't stay there on Saturday, the music at the nearby restaurant is so loud, it's like a party in your room. We were after a flight and could not sleep till 12, the next day it was quiet though. But it already ruined our experience and my second day as I was exhausted after major lack of sleep. If you got neighbors next door you can also understand everything they are saying unless you don't speak the language. The soundproof just doesn't exist. Anyway, I can't call a place a resort if it doesn't provide basic quietness after 10 pm. Not sure who gave it high score. I guess they didn't stay on the weekends. The facilities, design, etc all is good though. People are also quiet at night. At least we were lucky with that. The pool is clean, but of course its cold in January, some people were swimming though. The breakfast is good as well. Got books and some simple toys for kids. Poor score on the service since they told me they got no idea where the music is coming from and when would it stop. At the same time when I called other hotels trying to relocate (couldn't in the end as it was impossible to get a cab at 11 pm in the area), even they knew the problem of this hotel with the restaurant nearby.

If you love nature, this place is more suitable than the hotels in the city. There is no noise from the airport, no noisy streets, only the leisurely fields, birds singing and flowers blooming. It is more convenient to go to Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep than to stay in a hotel in the city. It was Christmas and New Year's Eve when I checked in, and it was particularly difficult to find a chartered car to Doi Inthanon. The female boss at the front desk who could speak Chinese (it seemed to be) kept helping me call and find a chartered car driver. She was very patient. I finally found one after searching for a long time, and she also helped me bargain. Thumbs up for the boss. 👍👍👍👍

The view on the building next to the mountain is considered beautiful. The hotel serves a welcome drink, which is lychee juice, good taste, refreshing, delicious breakfast, not Wow, but it's worth it. There is a fresh coffee machine to press by yourself. Grilled pork with sticky rice is also available. The room booked this time was chosen as Comfy, a studio room. which is a residential building in the front area There is a kitchen part but no kitchen equipment. There is also a microwave in the room. There are also full amenities. Good atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

Walking into the room, the design and layout of the room are unreasonable and useless. The space in the room is super narrow. Two people are staying in the room. Walking around in the room, either you let me go first or I let you go first. It's difficult to turn around. The exclusive courtyard in front of the guest room is bigger than the guest room. Don't understand? The toilet door and toilet space are very small, the shower room is bigger than the toilet, and the key is that it has no actual function except that it is big. The shower gel is placed in the toilet and you can only take the shower gel into the bathroom. When taking a shower, squat down and press the shower gel? There is no hot water, which is warm water at most. The water temperature is not friendly to girls. The washbasin is so small, and there is no place to put some skin care products and cosmetics. There is no socket next to the kettle for boiling water. I can only take the kettle into the toilet washbasin and plug it in to boil water. First of all, this is indeed a building with a beautiful appearance and well-preserved colonial style, but it really needs to be disenchanted! The location is very remote, 1 hour's drive from the city. There are no facilities nearby, but the hotel's catering is very poor. Among the 5 hotels I have stayed in in Chiang Mai, this one is the worst. The breakfast is hard to describe, the pastry is all limp, the juice has a rancid smell that has been stored for a long time, and the chicken porridge that is praised online is really salty. The only Western restaurant in the hotel is still beautifully decorated, but the food is really terrible! The meal costs 350+ RMB, the quality is worse than airplane food, and the pasta is worse than fast food. Fortunately, I ordered a takeaway kebab from a place near my house. It was cheap and delicious, so I could barely make it through dinner. I booked a basic room type. The interior is a bit basic but acceptable. But the hygienic condition is average, and I don’t want to dwell on the yellow stuff on the back of the pillow. The shower worked fine, but water leaked to the door. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can hear every movement in the old house very clearly. No wonder you have to sign an agreement when you move in. It says that if you don't pay attention to the loud noise three times, you will be evicted. Haha. The service could only be described as superficially polite, but it was also full of embarrassment. When we checked out, the staff asked us stiffly where we were going next and which hotel we were staying in. I asked him what for and he couldn't come back. After the process was completed, he said he was worried that we would lose something... In short, this hotel is only suitable for checking in and taking photos, and the limit is one night. If you don’t have time in your schedule, don’t come! It’s very likely that I can’t eat well, sleep well, and have nowhere to play…

Advantages: The hotel is attached to a golf course, with a good view and a comfortable environment. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Bell, the waiter in the restaurant, is attentive and has a great attitude. The hotel provides free Shuttle buses to the city, Wood Carving Street and Hangzhou during several periods. East Temple. Disadvantages: When I first checked into the room, the noise from maintenance work next door was so loud that I couldn't rest. After reacting, I moved 3.4 rooms away and the sound was a little quieter. The smell of formaldehyde in the room was a bit strong. I left the air conditioner on for a long time and didn't pay much attention. I don't know. Are you paralyzed? The sink in the bathroom looks modern but is extremely difficult to use. The water will splash all over the countertop and get wet. I want to go swimming the next night and I have to put on my bathrobe only to find a big hole in it. It’s ridiculous. Unable to use; the lady in the lobby answered the travel questions very perfunctorily and did not feel sincere; I originally planned to stay in Hangdong for 2 nights, focusing on Ban Taiwan Wood Carving Street and cycling around this town. Unfortunately, it backfired. There is no motorcycle rental anywhere, and the hotel's shuttle bus has limited time slots, so you can't fully enjoy your time due to limited time.

The hotel is not far from the Chiang Mai city center. Just 30 mins or less by a car. The atmosphere in there is so refreshing, full of flowers and trees. There was a carnival buffet event on the date we stayed and it was so fun! The room itself is so cute and comfortable. We did a request of some rose petals on the bed and they did it perfectly (see pictures).

I took my kids and mom to spend the weekend there. It happened to be Mother's Day, and the hotel sent a bouquet of flowers very considerately. The breakfast was very rich, with a menu to choose from, and you can freely mix and match your favorite food. The merchant service was very considerate, and they also provided free pick-up and drop-off to the elephant farm near the hotel!
