Absolutely loved our stay at this industrial-chic hotel in Chiang Mai! The design is stunning - exposed brick walls, steel beams, and concrete floors create a unique urban vibe while still feeling warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches. The location couldn't be better - nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and night markets. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering excellent recommendations and arranging tours. Highlights included the gorgeous garden pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, the delicious breakfast with both Thai and Western options, and the cozy lobby lounge perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the custom-made furniture to the locally sourced artwork. This hotel perfectly captures the spirit of Chiang Mai - modern yet traditional, stylish yet down-to-earth. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. A true gem

We chose this hotel and it was very good decision. The hotel is located in the side, not in the old town or riverside and not in the center of Nimman. But the room and the staff of the hotel the breakfast and all the services were excellent we got a very nice room in the fourth floor very spacious big comfortable bad and the stuff helped us with everything that we need . the breakfast was excellent And for everywhere that we needed to go we ordered bolt and it was cheap and quick, At night you can walk by foot from the hotel to nimman center where is a lot of restaurants and night action I really recommend this hotel. I have been in a lot of hotels ,this hotel worth the money that you pay for it

Hotel was great. Good location. Elevated carpark to protect your cars from any flooding. Check in timing is semi-strict. Arrived at 11am and was told earliest they could do was 1pm as the hotel was full. They proactively offered to hold our baggage and gave advice on nearby attractions, spas etc. Came back slightly early at 12.30pm and was allowed to check in. Room was mostly clean with some mild dust here and there but no issues. Breakfast spread was good but it’s free seating and there aren’t any waiters to assign you seats so it’s slightly messy. You may need to wait for a seat as the restaurant got completely full at 9am.

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.

New hotel and the quality of bed is good. However, the lamps were a bit close to the bed.

This minimalist/industrial style has been apparently very popular in Chiang Mai, and this hotel has executed it well enough by keeping the lobby modern and airy, with so much space to chill. Pool is clean, and the slide by the side definitely adds some fun bonus. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable enough to guarantee you a good sleep. However, the overall decor is a bit too simple that can be improved for more coziness. Overall, a good place, budget-friendly, covering all you need for a trip.

There is an electric car charger with a power of 180kw, but it cannot be charged because the car is parked. We have to wait to charge in the morning, which takes a little more time. It would be more convenient to arrange a new charging parking lot.

The staff we very helpful and friendly. The location is great with only a short walk to most amenities. However, it is a little further from the old city and the area feels like it is developing. The room design is simple but well thought out and what you would expect from Accor brand. The sound proofing was excellent, we didn’t hear anything from the road or from other guests. The bed was firm and comfortable, although the pillows were a little too large without choice for thinner ones. The breakfast was good although a little expensive for such a simple selection. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

A small friendly hotel, nice set up and friendly staffs trying their best. However, arrangements can sometimes be a bit messy due to their mis-communication between staffs of different shifts. Suggest that they do need some trainings, otherwise you can tell that they are trying at the best to their knowledge. We booked the restaurant for dinner an evening and their detail setting up of the table was very nice and warm. Sweet thoughts and efforts. We have also used the hotel car service in moving around and Tum, our driver was amazing. Not only that he drove us around, he has also put in thoughts in the logistics when picking us up for the best route. He has made our trip so much easier, smooth and safe. He deserves a merit to our happy trip.
