E101房間 入住第一夜 晚上洗澡時跳閘五六次 每次拿不太乾的手去摸屋裡的空開 都害怕把自己電死。
當天晚上擔心溝通不利索，寫了郵件給前台，前台值班服務員趕緊來看了，我要求換房，説沒房了，攜程上一看，大概是有房不想換吧。答應第二天早上修，問我幾點可以來修，我説九點前都行，然後第二天早上醒來，覺得屋裡有焦胡味道，吃完早飯等到九點多，沒見來，就和前台打了招呼出門了，前台表示工人隨後來修，我説行吧，想着泰國人本來就慢一些能理解，又加上是週末。晚上到酒店，前台值班人員説修好了，我問啥原因，他説是水壺，我很納悶，明明是一洗澡就跳閘，這跟水壺有啥關係，他也解釋不清，説反正是修好了。我們酒回去休息了。洗澡剛開始一切都好，然後忽然又開始跳閘，四五次，中間間歇時間越來越短，現在想想很後怕，怎麼説，這都不是自己該上手的事。哆哆嗦嗦洗完了。接到這裏中國員工微信，經對話，他們看來並沒有修好，而是找到了原因——看到了我帶的燒水壺，而在第一夜洗澡跳閘前，根本沒有拿出來用過。這就是他們説的所謂的維修修好了。晚上他們又來看了一次，我説是洗澡的設備的問題，他們開了半天水也沒發現原因。大晚上的，我累了，連換房的話都懶得説了。既然説來修電的是專業的工人，那專業的人就幹專業的事吧，我也不想説什麼酒店管理之類的不是我專業的話了。但也不能一竿子都打死，總之，除了接機很準時，駕駛平穩，酒店提供的還不錯的擺渡服務。酒店景觀、餐吧服務也還可以。對於要到清邁來的遊客，還是在選擇酒店的時候多看看googlemap，少看點小紅書。哦對，酒店放了一個小瓶lotion，還是過期好幾年的。和清邁旅遊局友好合作很多次，第一次出現這樣的情況，所以特此寫出認真反饋入住體驗感受。

家庭出遊帶小孩選了很多清邁的酒店都不允許還小入住，且不允許三人入住，這家酒店富有泰北蘭納風情，綠林環繞，處於別墅區環境很是不錯。
出行每天有免費安排交通車，每天兩趟來回市區，算是比較方便的選擇。
酒店提供一次接機服務，微信聯絡落地直接來接。後來滿房換酒店也是全程安排，服務真的很好，給Leo老闆點贊

The service is very good, they actively solve problems, and have a kind attitude. All the staff in Taiwan are very nice. The room hardware is OK, but the location is far away. After calling Grab Taxi, you will be stuck in traffic for 1.5-2 hours.
