DISCRIMINATORY Treatment for guest who paid standard room and deluxe room Hotel staff keep pushing U2 change 2 deluxe room even if you have booked & paid STD room. extra such as kettle in the room X available. DO NOT replenish water as it’s only available for guest that pays for DLX room only.
