今年新開的酒店，離高鐵站非常近，酒店環境優雅，床品也舒適，每位服務員都很熱情，大堂於經理尤其熱情貼心，酒店還提供免費接送站，總之，此次入住體驗完美。

作為邯鄲排名第一的酒店，還是名符其實的，能感受到在服務上還是投入比較大的精力，所有點位的服務人員都非常禮貌、專業、細心。
硬件設施合環境方面，因為是新開的酒店設施還是非常完備，室內和公共區域的環境也很整潔，這肯定不止是因為新投入運營，也能感受到設備的材質還是去有一定品質的。雙床房和大床房空間都足夠，雙床房三個床一大一小（6歲）很寬敞。
早餐的麪包是當天現烤的，早餐包、菠蘿包，吐司都很不錯，水果蔬菜沙拉也很新鮮。品類也很豐富，中西都有，混沌很好吃。
各方面設計有考慮小童需求，無論是歡迎的禮物還是小童備品（洗護用品、拖鞋、壓縮毛巾）都很貼心，對於帶娃的家庭是很大的加分項。
過程中雖然遇到一些小問題，服務團隊很積極的在尋求解決方案，整體溝通謙和有同理心、服務意識。
一點小建議：
1.環境內導視牌或者提示需要加強引導，比如電梯裏看不出來早餐是在幾層，出電梯後有一個用餐區多個餐廳，無法識別哪個餐廳是早餐餐廳；包括四層游泳池也沒有導視
2.房間內的電視雖然有智能投屏功能，但提示不是很清晰，連上後可以搜到多個設備，反覆嘗試還是失敗了。

作為邯鄲唯一一家擁有泳池的酒店，沒有平替，非常美好的一次體驗，mini bar免費實在是太貼心了，而且還有歡迎水果，孩子在泳池也玩的超級開心。早餐也不錯，咖啡也太香了！
