訂的是有衞生間，有洗澡間的房間，去店裡了告訴我訂的是沒有衞生間，沒有洗澡間的，讓我加錢重新換房間，我不同意，我當著店家的麪聯繫平台攜程客服，讓客服給我查詢，我訂的房間是有洗手間還是沒洗手間的，客服告訴我，訂的是有衞生間洗澡間的，之後我要求店家給我退房，過了一會兒店家説不要我價錢，給我重新換個房間，當時實在是太晚了，快10點了，不然的話你就是不要錢，我也不會在這種黑店住
