館内全体は静かで落ち着いていました。従業員とも最低限の接触しかなく、煩わしさがなく良かった。
朝食会場は個室風の掘りごたつで落ち着いて食事ができました。品数が多く、おいしくいただきました。
駐車場に車を入れる時に誘導していただき助かりました。
洗面所とトイレが室外にあり、他の宿泊客と共用。
洗面所にはコップが2つしかなく、他の宿泊客と共用なのかと思い嫌でした。
トイレには虫が飛んでいて落ち着きませんでした。
浴室のタイルが泉質のせいかもしれないが、朝一番でもぬるぬるしていて気持ちが悪かったです。
本館の浴室の洗い場がに箇所しかなく、また、排水用の溝が無くお隣の流し水が流れてきました。お互い様ですが。水圧が弱いシャワーヘッドもありました。
膝が悪く正座ができないので、部屋に椅子があったら良かったです。
チェックアウト時に館内には清掃係りの方しか居なくて、その方々にだけ挨拶をして来ました。

一次難忘的旅程
當天到達花卷市開始下雪，天氣有些冷，但松田屋旅館給我和太太有家的溫暖。接待的婆婆熱情地款待，雖然言語不通，但都感受到她對客人的熱誠。房間很新淨，似是新裝修的。房內的溫泉池超級正，我和太太都浸了幾次，旅途上的疲勞盡消。至於早晚餐很豐富，吃到當地的食材，很好吃。這次住宿，給我和太太一個十分難忘的旅程，下次再到日本東北一定會再光臨。
