1. All the staff are friendly and polite. Two of them are Nepalese waiters who took the initiative to explain each dish in English. It is very good.

Hanamaki Onsen Hotel is located in the mountains. It provides pick-up and drop-off services for both the Shinkansen Hanamaki Station and the JR Hanamaki Station. The hotel is very large and consists of the old and new buildings. Of the seven baths, I thoroughly enjoyed all of them except the family bath. The nostalgic atmosphere of the Tojibu bath and the elegant, solemn appearance of Sansuikaku were in perfect harmony, making it an unforgettable trip. The staff are actively accepting foreign employees, are very well-trained, and all of them did their best to provide hospitality. The food was also full of seasonal ingredients and was very satisfying both taste and visually. I will definitely use them again.

The 2 rooms I booked were both with showers, but the one I stayed in was not with a shower because it was a hot spring hotel. I didn't use the shower until I checked out the next day. Dinner was average and breakfast was even worse. The surrounding environment was good.
