Osawa Onsen Sansuikaku

1. All the staff are friendly and polite. Two of them are Nepalese waiters who took the initiative to explain each dish in English. It is very good. 2. There are 3 free family rooms available, no need to make an appointment in advance, no one can use it, very good 3. This is a hotel with a long history, but the one we stayed in was very new, with very good facilities, and there were multiple hot spring rooms throughout the hotel. After taking a bath, my skin felt smooth. 4. The building we stayed in is next to a historic old building. Remember to visit it. It really feels like going back in time. 5. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious 6. The only thing I think you need to pay attention to is that there are many "sudden steps" in this hotel, such as a small step in front of the door, which can easily cause you to fall if you are not careful.

Of the seven baths, I thoroughly enjoyed all of them except the family bath. The nostalgic atmosphere of the Tojibu bath and the elegant, solemn appearance of Sansuikaku were in perfect harmony, making it an unforgettable trip. The staff are actively accepting foreign employees, are very well-trained, and all of them did their best to provide hospitality. The food was also full of seasonal ingredients and was very satisfying both taste and visually. I will definitely use them again. Thank you very much.

The service is very good, the facilities are complete, there are many hot spring options, and the surrounding environment is very comfortable, which is suitable for vacation. The only drawback is that the food is average and there are few breakfast options.

The 2 rooms I booked were both with showers, but the one I stayed in was not with a shower because it was a hot spring hotel. I didn't use the shower until I checked out the next day. Dinner was average and breakfast was even worse. The surrounding environment was good.

Winter trip to Hanamaki. The hotel rooms are spacious, the surroundings are charming (especially the snow scenery), and the space and hot springs shared with Osawaya are full of charming historical and ancient flavors. The only regret is that the dinner is average
