I was happy to be able to eat this wonderful accommodation and breakfast at this price. My wife also loved it.
The boss and his wife are very kind.
If you go to Lutroa, this is the place to stay.
Make a reservation, I don't think you will regret it.

When I was searching a place to stay in my long weekend I found this house and I had no doubts about booking it.
Me and my wife stayed for 2 days in a different atmosphere, with great chats with the owners, good tips, fantastic breakfast. Amazing place. Definitely I recommend it.

Tolle, ruhige Lage des kolonialen Anwesens, ca. 15 Min. vom Stadtzentrum Rotoruas entfernt, einem herrlich angelegten Garten mit Blick auf die Bergwelt, so richtig zum Entspannen. Mable und Danny sind voller Herzlichkeit und Spaß und geben alles für die Gäste: Tipps für Unternehmungen, ein tolles Frühstück mit einem herausragendem Früchteteller, Cereals, Eiern in allen Varianten, so wie man sich ein Frühstück wünscht. Mable und Danny sind Gastgebe die einfach Spaß an der Bewirtung ihrer Gäste haben und Tag und Nacht für diese präsent sind. Eine Unterkunft, die wir jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen möchten.

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay ! The Hosts Mable and Danny do everything and I mean everything to make you feel at Home. The Breakfast ( and the Coffee from Danny ) are worth 3 stars any Day. The only problem We had was that we had to leave ! I can really say if you are in the Region of Rotorua the only place to stay is Country Villa Estate.

Dani und Mable sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu toppen. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Das Haus und der Garten sind traumhaft und mitten in der Natur. Dani und Mable sind sehr spannende und lustige Menschen und unglaublich engagiert. Das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück ist Sterneküche und Danis Kaffee ein Genuss. Dieses b&b kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay with Danny and Mable who are wonderful, professional and attentive hosts. Mable makes THE most beautiful and delicious breakfasts. Danny helps with everything from where to go in the area to watching the Super Bowl in his beautiful lounge. Don’t miss the chance to stay here.
