Where to start! The setting is lovely, and I like that your on the flight path to BHX. Any flight radar nerds will love it 😂 The welcome drink and cake, the complimentary wine tasting, the quality of breakfast was excellent! Our room was Henry Martin and had such a wow factor. We ate at Smoke for dinner which has been on the bucket list for a while. And it did not disappoint! But the main thing that sets this place apart is the staff. They were unbelievable! They way they balance with personable with the professional high standard of service is outstanding. They are Hampton Manors greatest asset for what is already a pretty special place! Yes it’s expensive, but when you consider all the additional touches, I would say it’s good value for the market it competes in!

The staff couldn’t have been any more attentive and the food at Smoke was amazing. Beautiful surroundings and overall a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful hotel . In this ‘corporate’ world this hotel offers a perfect antidote . Lovely staff , utterly charming location utilising the history of the manor whilst mixing it with modern touches . Bedrooms fab . Comfy beds , outstanding pillows , so rare , big bathroom with powerful shower . Nice toiletries in proper bottles . Not to taken !! Breakfast very nice . Had a welcome drink and home made cake and then a wine tasting from one of their sommeliers . Had dinner at their more bistro style restaurant , Smoke . Have to recognise at over £600 for the night inc dinner and breakfast is a serous sum of money for one night but we had a very special stay

We stayed for a 40th birthday and it was truly incredible. The added extras made this far beyond just a hotel stay, from the welcome drink & cake, wine tasting & meet the makers tour to the small things such as a map for local walks, cocktail recommendations and staff that couldn't have been friendlier & more down to earth. The food at smoke was delicious and was set in beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have been more delighted with our stay or recommend this place more. Thank you Hampton Manor.

We booked direct with the hotel for a special occasion, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The attention to detail and little touches were unexpected and made our stay even more special. We were shown to our room, where so many little touches were laid on to make our stay memorable, like the homemade cookies, fresh coffee and milk, and that huge bath I had requested ! Cake/fizz served in a relaxed way in the parlour with a turntable and a large choice of records. Followed by wine tasting with other guests by Max, the very knowledgable sommelier. Again, thoughtful and relaxed atmosphere. We ate in Smoke, we enjoyed a cocktail in the very pretty garden before taking our seats for dinner We were given a seat at the chefs counter. Such a memorable evening. We loved it! food was to die for. The atmosphere so relaxed and informal but also nice to dress up if you want to. We were given an anniversary card with an offer to choose our favourite song which was played 5 minutes later! Returned to our room, very happy, 3.5 hours later, to find we’d had a turn down service, again unexpected to find fresh towels and milk and cookies. Breakfast- need I go on. Stunning! Visited the Bakery- just had to take home some of the fantastic offerings, just make sure you go early. They sell out! The whole experience was topped off by a tour by the Hotel Owner- brilliant marketing, and such a wonderful end to our stay making us very keen to return - we loved it. Already saving for our next visit!
