The Hampton Maid is our go to place every September for our "Hamptons Visit" minus the crowds of summer. What a beautiful place. We stay in the suites up on the hill and we love the spacious rooms with the outdoor fireplace and outdoor seating. The room itself is beautiful and roomy with a walk-in shower & king size bed. Every thing was extremely clean. Our only complaint is the tv service.....absolutely awful (no live tv or news). You should at least have the 3 major tv stations as an option. We ate at Sundays on the Bay (awesome lobster special) and Rumba, by far our favorite restaurant.....great ribs, rum drinks and coconut shrimp. Breakfast at Hampton Maid was wonderful, but pricey. We will most definitely be back.

The Hampton Maid in Hampton bays New York has been known for their famous breakfasts for over 50 years and we will be sure to enjoy one! Staying over is magical. Quiet, calm, beautiful and like a step back in time. A beautiful cottage room, bay views, windmill, absolutely pristine condition and real life keys!! The Hamptons offer countless inns, bed and breakfasts, trendy resorts and hotels but the Hampton Maid history and location make it one of my favorite spots and I’ve been coming here since I was born!! If you’re taking a trip to the Hamptons take a look at the Hampton Maid. Breakfast booked and can’t wait. Only concern is the prices. Higher end in the area of hampton bays but expected

I you are looking a nice place to stay while in the Hamptons, then The Hampton Maid is a perfect choice. The rooms are extremely nice as are the grounds. And the food is delicious. Must try it for breakfast.

Just got back from a two night getaway. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was very clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping was fantastic; we were out all day and came back to our room perfectly well done. Front desk was very dingy with staff in a sweatshirt, had an issue with the TV which was rectified. My issue with that is that you cannot get regular TV. Had to watch B movies & very old sitcoms. I get up early as my wife tends to sleep in so that's why i like the extra room to catch up on sports or news but could not do that. we had top check out early & went to office which was not open before 8:00am & no signs of what to do with key, knocked on restaurant door & gave key to one of the workers. Looks like the grounds can use some updating, but hard to tell being that it is November. Sitting on back patio there is not much to look at. Loved the location of the hotel & easy driving to the rest of the Hampton's.

First of all when booking our stay with Sharon , who is one of the owners , she made me feel very comfortable and it was as though I’d known her before . Everything that she promised , she provided , she did not DISAPPOINT ! Upon entering the space we were met with a chilled bottle of Prosecco with two lovely glasses for my husband and I who were celebrating our wedding anniversary . The space is gorgeous and very clean and cozy . The breakfast is out of this world ! We will definitely be returning , but for longer durations . Carol Drake

Setting is perfect for families: central pool, little park to run, etc. Having breakfast at the restaurant is a MUST-do, general location of hotel is ideal for a stay at the Hamptons. beds are very comfy

This is a great little hotel. We didn’t have a special suite- just a king bedroom. It was very clean and set up nicely with a mini bar area, ample charging spots, a patio, TV with Netflix/Hulu, tables to put things down on. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, but it served its purpose just fine. Our only concern was how slow the toilet was to flush and reset. We were concerned at times that it wasn’t working, but give it ten minutes and it’s fine. We enjoyed the games on the lawn and relaxing by the pool. The hotel is situated just a few minutes from a small cute beach which is affordable for out of town visitors.

This was the best hotel that I ever stayed in in the Hamptons. A+++ on every level, The owner, Sharon Poulakis is wonderful and a superb host. The restaurant has the best breakfast. You must make a reservation since it fills up fast each morning. The rooms are so clean that you cannot believe it. Friendly staff. I have been going out here since the late '50s. Nothing better.

Wonderful stay! Great location and room was spacious and nice. Bathroom and room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and they have the best breakfast!!! Highly recommend staying here when in the Hampton Bay Area.
