This incredible family friendly 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 750 sq ft Cottage is steps from an inlet leading out to Peconic Bay. The cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom 1 has 2 Twins, Bedroom 2 has a queen Bed. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area.
The space
This cottage is one of three separate cottages and part of a multiple-residence property. There is also a main house on the site where I live with my family and I’m easily accessible. Though the pool, pool house, and laundry facilities are shared.
Guest access
Guests have access to 300 foot walking dock with seating to view incredible sunsets. Guests have use of the Pool, pool house w/bathroom and laundry facilities.
Guests have use of Kayaks, canoes, bicycles, volleyball, badminton, ping pong
and croquet. Guests will also have Seamless wifi and music at poolside.
Other things to note
This is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. The property is a rare experience in the Hamptons.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Dogs must be on leash. Hidden Gem!
Host/Hostess were outstandiing! The cottage was perfect! It was immaculate. The furnishings were excellent. Loved all the amenities. Had a blast in the pool, making smores over the fire pit, and the close proximity to town. Look forward to next year. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

Everything was as advertised in fact it’s prettier than the pictures.

Quiet and peaceful.
