This was the worst time I booked a hotel on Ctrip in so many years. The room information on Ctrip showed a room with two double beds and an area of 27.9 square meters. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there was only one double bed. The hotel service staff said that their hotel only had one double bed room. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh but not a lot of healthy options like plain yogurt / granola or fresh fruit.

Easy to get to, clean, and friendly staff. We were disappointed, after a long day of travel, that the pool was closed for cleaning. Also, breakfast isn’t served till 7 on the weekends, which meant we missed out on that too (early start to continue our trip).
We would stay again, but only if we planned a later start.

When we walked in the hotel there was a sign on the desk that said "helping other guests, be back soon" we unloaded the car and waited for over 15 minutes. We got checked in and went up to our room and the door panel wouldn't work. We were given another room. I went in and checked the bed because I'm phobic and sure enough there was a bed bug. They gave us another room and apologized profusely and said they add points to our account for the inconvenience. We have yet to see those after dropping 20,000 points on the stay. We are platnium elite status and this is very concerning as we're not sure how our future business with Holiday Inn will be impacted. It's almost like they feel like this isn't a big deal!
