Good hotel for drinkers

We had a fantastic family stay at Hotel Les Orangers Bungalows in Hammamet. The service was outstanding, and the staff provided high-quality service. Special thanks to Rania from the Wellness Spa for her professionalism and courtesy. We will definitely return.

Just returned from our third visit to this hotel and this year it was quite a different experience. I have no complaints about our room, the food or their wonderful staff. Unfortunately for us the hotel has obviously become a lot more popular and this year was the busiest we have seen it. The beach was busy but you could usually get a sun bed, if you wanted one around the pool you’d probably have to get up early and put your towel out. Some nights the restaurant was very busy and we struggled to find a table. Lots more young families and groups of young adults so it seemed a bit more livelier than previous visits. I’m happy for the hotel that they are thriving but perhaps it’s not for us anymore ☹️

I am absolutely fed up of substandard 3star hotels trying to pass themselves off as 4 star hotels and in this case a five star resort. It's an absolute joke. It should barely be a three star hotel so I'm not entirely sure who is grading these facilities. The room was tiny, dated and absolutely filthy. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 12 months, and this was also the case with the windows in the corridors. The shower was covered in mould and the shower head looked like you would get a disease from it. Because of this we chose not to shower in THREE DAYS. My son (who we paid full price for because he is 10), had to sleep on a tiny, rock hard sofa bed in the room. The whole room was dated. My 'Garden View with Partial Sea View' was a building site outside and the tiniest view of the sea you could imagine. Poolside is filthy and the cushions on the sunbeds are stained all over and dirty, it's gross. Dinner time is manic. There are not enough staff in the dining area to keep the tables clean and therefore we had to search and wait for a clean table. It resembles a school canteen, with children running wild, queues everywhere and rude guests that don't queue. The only thing this hotel has going for it are the few members of staff who give great service. There were a couple poolside who, if you gave them a daily tip, would keep coming to you to refresh your drinks. I was so miserable and fed up that we had to move hotels completely and check out. I would avoid this hotel like the plague if I were you, there are much, much nicer hotels around the area.

My stay at LTI Les Orangers was thoroughly enjoyable. I would rate the room, the staff, the service, the food, the pools, and the overall property a perfect 5 out of 5. The only downside was a frequent shortage of beach towels. Otherwise, everything was flawless, and I will definitely consider returning

We had a fantastic time in Tunisia. I stayed at Les Orangers Gardens, it is a beautiful resort. It’s very well maintained, pristine beach and excellent service. The quality of food was exceptional with fresh food cooked in front of you as you like it. My youngest son had his birthday whilst we were in resort and a birthday cake was brought out for him which I appreciated. I want to give a special mention to Hamid in the evening reception who looked after us throughout our stay. He was very friendly and very helpful.

We were at this hotel on 23 July for 7 nights. The food was excellent & the staff were incredible. Very attentive. The beach was stunning. We will definitely return to this hotel & Tunisia. We also liked to use the facilities at their sister property just a few yards away.
