A fantastic experience from start to finish! The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff both at the front desk and in the kitchen. The hotel offers great activities for children, including an evening disco and morning events. The food was delicious, and the hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful beach and scenic views. It's also conveniently located near shops and souvenir stands, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Don't go In the Tunisia school holidays. 600+ locals sitting miserably in their coats in the restaurant. Pushing and que jumping for the food, filling their plates to capacity, then leaving half of it such a waste. Unruly children running in the restaurant spilling drinks and food. One dropped their overflowing plate of food all down the back of my dress whilst trying to push in front of me for more. You won't be able to get a seat in the lounge area for locals sitting there miserably, whilst their children ran freely..I am recovering from knee replacement operation and was terrified I would slip on their spilled drinks or be ran into. We were there in June and loved our holiday so much that we booked straight away for Christmas, this was a BIG mistake. Nothing happening on Christmas or boxing day it was dead. Just the gala dinner on Christmas eve. No carvery of big joints like in the summer but there was a salmon which very quickly became a skeleton. The cakes were amazing but you had to be quick as the locals took plate fulls. The beach and pool bar were closed as was the lunch time snack bar. No pool waiter service. The sun beds were not tidied at night so the mattresses were wet in the mornings. The gardens were taped off. Be aware the hotel taxes have risen 300% costing 60 pounds for 2, a family with 2 young adults would be 120 pounds upon arrival. The staff although overworked are just as friendly as in the summer, lovely happy people. Our housekeeper was so overworked she never made our beds, just changing the towels daily. No milk in the room and drink sachets not refilled. The animation team are amazing, just as happy and friendly now as in the summer they work so hard. Believe me I gave this hotel a brilliant, no complaints review in June. Obviously the programme of entertainment has changed as it mostly took place in the bar. They are fantastic dancers and did some great routines. Katty's belly dancing was superb. We never enjoy the changing ladies (drag artists miming to songs). Not what the elderly like or I imagine all the 600 + Muslims where it is against their law. Not what we wanted to see whilst eating dinner on our gala Christmas eve meal. Thankfully Maddy, head of Animation, took on board our thoughts and comments and he arranged live music for the early part of the evening whilst eating. I do believe the drags swanned in for a little walk around later on. Such a shame after our summer experience Perhaps TUI should take these comments on board not to sell holidays here at Christmas as sadly many Brits I talked to just wanted to go home early in fact one chap cut his holiday short by a week and bought an easyJet flight home as he couldn't stand it any longer. We would have come home earlier if given the chance. The lady morning I was in the restaurant on my own as my husband was feeling ill (turns out he has gastroenteritis). I don’t usually choose resort based, all-inclusive vacation, but I would very happily come back to Royal Kenz. Nice, clean with contemporary oriental features, beautifully maintained gardens and superb spa treatments. Facilities are overall well looked after, but what makes this place really special and different it’s the community oriented vibe! Authentically lovely and friendly teams that take genuine interest in everyone’s wellbeing, making sure everyone is feeling included through daily activities if they wish to! From caring kitchen chefs, kind restaurant staff and mega attentive friendly bar staff, all the way through other hotel guests themselves. Very special mention and recognition of the whole animation team putting so much effort to create positive atmosphere and keeping people engaged and entertained throughout their stay, especially during less outdoor friendly times! Special thank you to Amigo and Zizu for being such a lovely gems always looking after my mum and making us smile, and big shout out to the best Boules host, king of entertainment Mr.Bean for professionally facilitating competitive, yet fun times for all boules team players!

Just returned from two week stay, hotel bathroom in need of refurbishment on a positive note the hotel staff are fantastic special mention to the chef and his team who presented us with a Christmas Eve gala dinner that was a gourmet extravaganza and the bar and beverages staff who hosted cocktail events. Food varied from plain to very spicy, deserts excellent. Enjoyed the hotel returned home last night have re-booked for Easter 2025.

Hello excellent food the aminateurs sure are nice and I have a preference for zizou and amigo and impeccable room. super nice people The activities are super nice. Good atmosphere at the hotel.. Nice people. Like to party. Great city Hotel to recommend
