Hotel is absolutely disgusting food is horrible my whole family got food poisoning my room was dirty and my balcony rail broke on me I nearly fell the place had ants and cockroaches everywhere cups and plates were dirty entertainment team are the only nice people in that hotel mino was great the activities man is called Mario he’s a absolute creep he over charges on everything and won’t leave the women alone in England he’d be put in prison CREEP

The best hotel I've been to so far. The animators are great and can support and make you laugh. The activities are the best and most fun ♥️. I'll definitely come back again Mino and koukou are simply the best ♥️

Very Clean hotel although dated, great pool area, superb staff very friendly. Mohamed the dining manager was awesome 👌 what ever we needed, like special food for my son who has down syndrome and has sensory issues around food , he got for us. The whole staff were genuinely friendly and wanted the best for their guests. Shout out to Wajah the life guard and Acram the masseur who gave the best massage ive ever had ( although this was only my 3rd ive ever had) although dont expect a fancy spa area its not but the service was ace. Animation team , although only 3 of them, Mino, Kakaouand Ziko were fab. They really did try their best and always smiling with good energy, really impressed. They really made sure my son was included as with everyone else. Not sure what the evening entertainment was like as we always went to bed after or sometimes during kids disco. The kids disco didnt start while 9pm which was far to late for us really, even a half 8 start wouldve been better. Had 2 a la carte meals at the french restaurant next door included in the all inclusive which was fabulous , very tasty ecspecially the deserts! Great service there too. There was a lovely lady called Maureen who represents the british customers and anything u need or would like to know she will help you with, a lovely and great addition to the hotel just join the fb group what shes an admin on and she ll help you. I mentioned that it was my friends birthday and she organised a cake and gathered a few people to celebrate and sing happy birthday which was so nice! Food at restaurant was quite repetitive like most all inclusives. Some food very tasty some a bit bland but always found something to eat. Always had soup , pasta, pizza, potatoes, rice couscous etc , fish, meat and chicken dishes plus vegtables, salads, fruit and cakes. I wouldve liked to hav had museli or porridge on offer in the morning and freashly squeezed juice wouldve been nice but to b fair the juices provided were ok. Only visited the beach once its about a 10 min walk. We walked there but chose to use the free horse n cart on way back which i instantly regretted. Its only one horse pulling a large cart with about 8 people on and its knees buckled and nearly fell to the floor . This upset a few of us and for that reason i never went back to the beach as it was too hot to walk both ways. I know the horse gets fed and watered and only works between 10am and 4 pm but its just too much weight either get anothet horse or maybe think about motorised vehicle and possibly use the horse as a riding experiance as long as its well looked after. The animal issues are the only thing i dont like about Tunisia. There is a staff member offering free drinks mainly bottles of coke, fanta, water at side of the cancun beach bar. It would b nicer if they would b offered inside of the bar with ice. For anything inside the bar you have to pay. The beach is small but ok but be warned at the back of bar area b4 you walk through t

Enjoyed everyday at thiis hotel, the good, the rooms especially training with coach koukou, I havee met and made friends there, matt and Tom, the best days I have ever spend in a hotel.
