Shocking .. cockroaches actually in our bed. Service only for favourites .. dirty food debris on floor in restaurant a week .no beach bar no drinks paid for water.. some staff great others not ..broken glass lying around need I go on .and the food was shocking .

Returned home on Monday after another fabulous holiday. As it has been a year since we were there last, I was curious myself to see just how many of the negative reviews I would also experience. Pleased to report that my room was cleaned daily, including bed change. * No issues at all with toilet rolls. * Towels were replaced daily, albeit that they were taken first thing and returned about 2pm, not an issue at all for me because I wasn't back in the room til after4:30pm most days. One of our group of 10 (we had 6 rooms) wanted an earlier shower before towels were replaced however he had some delivered within 5 minutes of asking at reception. * Bottled water was also put into our rooms each day.......we all ended up with a fridge full each. * Between the 6 rooms, 1 cockroach was seen on only 1 occasion. * There were 3 friendly cats and 1 kitten who enjoyed making friends and sitting with the guests in either the outside seating, bar or reception areas. At the rear of the hotel by the tennis courts, there was another cat with 4 kittens who completely kept themselves out of the way. * Always managed to find plenty to eat. * Once again, EVERY member of staff were brilliant and ensured we had everything we needed at all times. It really was a sad morning having to say goodbye to them but we will definitely all be going back again next year. And finally, I can categorically state that we were not asked by the animation team to write a good revies and we certainly did not see any inappropriate behaviour.

I spent fifteen days in tunisia and they were the best days in my life. I'm so happy. I don't want to leave it. I like everything here. The places. The sea. The people. The hotel. The staff. The food. The room. The pool. I like also the animation team who was with us all the time. They helped me so much. They maked me so happy. There is only one exeption it annoyed me during my holiday ! That lady selling massage dont have any knowledge and how to do with customer .once i had a sit on reception she was trying to sell for me ! " please respect and give them peace " Thank you so much for all what you did for us 💖 See you next year

I stayed in riveria hotel around 5times this being my 6th and i would recommend this hotel to everyone its clean, the foods amazing the animation and staff are extremely good at there job and i recommend if u come to tunisia stay in riveria hotel!!

the hotel Rivera this is our 5th Time here we always have an amazing time and people should make their own judgments and not read the opinion of others the hotel is dated but comfortable and clean the anamation team make this hotel and u will not have a better time so don’t be afraid and book and i assure u that like me and my family you will be back again and again the staff are amazing

Hotel was amazing thr food once you enter thr Hotel it's beautiful the rooms are abit dated but your never in them the staff do everything they can to make your stay feel very welcome the bar staff are amazing always serve with a smile they work soo hard for use the clearness is amazing beds are comtable the entertainment team are amazing Ryan (ramos )flash and the Boss they make do with everything they have with them never stop laughing could not fault the whole team walking around thr pool all day with activities fir thr kids and adults. Would definitely come again ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was quite nice and staff where lovely friendly, food was actually ok, pool was nice. Beach nice atmosphere at beach bar. What you need to watch out for is a the shop on site, on hotel. We brought some rings which he claimed where gold, or plated, but said definitely silver. The rings looked nice and he asked £140 for each ring, he accepted £80 said it was low price, we gave him %160 for the rings as we choose them for wedding back in uk. When we used rings gold came off and where steel. The engraving was supposed to say date of our marriage, stated a blind man always blind man! He sold us a £10 ring laughed all way to the bank. If I had time resources I would go visit this guy at hotel, he knew exactly the cruel trick he played. There's a stand near back pool and sells items owns shop on site. Please avoid this shop as what selling fake. He's very charming but sees the tourists as ******. Please do not get ripped off. Also do not drink water out the water machines, we had diarrhoea for 2 weeks pouring out of us, even though we had medication. We nearly could not travel back. The water in machines is not good. The hotel itself is nice staff lovely helpful, shame as I did try to enjoy it apart from this

Terrible place ,food just adequate No drinks available, no Brandy most days we don't drink much no nice tea or coffee Poor decor ,not worth the price ,staff nice but hands are tied with managers saying talk to someone above no manager of the hotel available
