Trip ripped me off
I made a reservation of two adults and two children. The trip site gave me a room for 03 people, for me the second child of 04 years old included with us, at the reception I paid 53.5 dt more for the child and 10 dt tourist tax, so that on the trip site it is mentioned that I only have the tourist tax left

Tout d’abord pour un 4 étoile la qualité de l’infrastructure est médiocre avec un manque d’entretien. La gastronomie: compatible pour un hôtel de 3.5 étoiles Pour le personnel j’accorderais 5 étoile sauf la direction bien sûr !! Tout simplement avec un personnel pareil en peut fair mieux L’humidité au niveau des murs et des plafonds est inacceptable J’accorderais 5/5 pour le service environnement 1/5 pour le service entretien bâtiment Pour le spa et la station thermale j’ai pas visité donc je peux pas donner mon avis Conclusion : Une action de la part de la direction de chaîne hôtel El Mouradi doit être pris pour ne pas toucher à la réputation de l’enseigne

I chose this hotel expecting a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the indoor pool fell far below expectations. The cleanliness of the pool was concerning, with a noticeable bad odor that made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, the pool area was overcrowded, clearly exceeding its capacity, which made it difficult to enjoy or feel comfortable. While I understand that many guests are here for vacation and leisure, I also came for relaxation and therapeutic purposes, including physiotherapy. The lack of quietness in the pool area further diminished the experience. It’s disappointing that such an essential facility doesn't meet the standards of cleanliness, tranquility, or proper management. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements improvements to ensure a better experience for all guests in the future.
