Ein beruflicher Termin hat mich in das Gut Kump geführt, die Lage ist außerhalb von Hamm. Es sind ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das große Doppelbett war bequem und der Blick vom Balkon in die Ferne hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Leider war der Seminarraum sehr eng und für mich zu kalt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Personal äußerst aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen. Diverse Brötchen, Säfte, Frühstück, Joghurt und frisches Obst. Für meinen Geschmack war alles dabei... Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich leider jedoch. Das Laden für das E Auto ist zwar kostenfrei unter einem Carport mit PV Anlage und Speicher, aber mit meinem Auto hätte ich dort über 30h laden müssen und mitten in der Nacht war dann scheinbar der Batterie Speicher leer, so dass das Auto nicht mehr geladen hat. Nur eine regulären Steckdose ist in Zeiten der Elektromobilität leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Die Zimmer, hier in dem vorderen Neubau sind sehr schön und gross. WLAN läuft gut, insofern keine Einwände. Zwei Kritikpunkte gaben und es ist unklar, ob das nur Sonderfälle waren. Das Hotel bestätigt Reservierungsanfragen im Einzelfall. Dann sollte man, wie in meinem Fall, auf unmittelbar am Hotel stattfindende Grossbaumassnahmen mit Strassensperrungen gesondert hinweisen, denn die Beschilderung dazu ist durchaus uneindeutig(je nachdem, woher man anfährt). Auch der Umgang mit meiner telefonischen Anfrage, als ich irgendwie versuchte das Hotel zu erreichen, war wenig hilfreich und desinteressiert. In Zeiten der immer noch bestehenden Pandemie fand ich das Angebot an Frühstücksplätzen, um so Abstand zu ermöglichen zu gering. Das mag ein Einzelfall zu einer bestimmten Zeit gewesen sein, aber man hätte da sicher grosszügiger decken können, der Raum ist da. Die Versorgung des Frühstücksbüffets fand ich diskutabel im Sinne von verzögert.

Sehr schönes und hervorragend saniertes Haus. Leider besteht offensichtlich ein erheblicher Personalmangel. Am Anreiseabend war kein Abendessen verfügbar. Leider ist die Rezeption nur bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet. Tagungsbereich ok. Frühstück gut.
