Hamilton Princess & Beach Club A Fairmont Managed Hotel

The room are aged. The hotel needs renovation.

We stayed at the Fairmount Hamilton Princess for our 30th wedding anniversary. He room was spacious, and recently updated. We received out outstanding service in all fasts of our stay, including nightly, turned down service and even a surprise gift from the management of a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The Fairmount gold experience is an additional charge, and it included a daily complementary breakfast, which was plentiful and a good variety of options. It also included in a special area daily T, a happy hour, and even a late night dessert program, all of which were included, except for Alcohol. There were complementary waters and Coke products available throughout the day thank you for the gold lounge.The same group of gentlemen attended the gold lounge area throughout the day, and they were quite attentive and thoughtful. There are two pools, one for adults only, and those never seemed too crowded during our stay. The resort is on the harbor and fronts a busy marina where mega yachts tied up every day. There is a regular shuttle, which they call a jitney, to a private beach club approximately 25 minutes from the hotel. The beach club had complementary towels, chairs, and umbrellas, and had a restaurant with various drink options, along with staff who would deliver directly to your beach chair. The resort is an easy 10 minute walk to Front Street in Hamilton, which contains several restaurants and shopping options.

**Hotel Review: Hamilton Princess** We have stayed in this hotel several times and always love it ! We really enjoy the atmosphere as there’s always a great buzz around the hotel and, although it is a luxury hotel, it also has an informal and relaxed atmosphere . The view of the harbour from both pools is beautiful- great to watch the sunset ! I also love the art this hotel has on display and during this visit I took the time to enjoy a Saturday morning art tour around the hotel The gold rooms are worth booking with access to the lounge for the great food and great service from Rolly and his team and the stunning views from the lounge balcony Thank you - another fab stay here !

We had an amazing time at 1609. Selva was very attentive and gave excellent service. A beautiful setting and a seamless and delicious meal.

Rooms are extremely spacious very good room service. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is basically an art gallery they do tours I think twice a day of the artwork that surrounds the hotel the bar is very nice very modern but they're still in air of the 1930s about it. Food is quite good and the breakfast is excellent. I rented some sort of a mobile car come bike I can't really explain it but it's very practical to get around the island in. I don't have many photographs mainly because I can't find them. They have a beach resort where a bus will take you several times a day. It's OK but I would before the beach as there is more movement or more natural movement from the sea, I would highly recommend this hotel.
