From the warm welcome on reception from Teresa we knew this was going to be a lovely stay. The warmth and friendliness of the staff continued throughout our 6 night stay. Impecable gardens, clean amenities, room accessible and a free shuttle into the city of Hamilton. The bar staff, Danny and Jerome quickly learnt our favourite tipple. The Palomino restaurant is a must, Catherine and Anil, provide excellent and attentive service.

As our cab from the airport pulled up to the beautiful Royal Palms we were greeted by a warm, personable manger to welcome us. The service was incredibly good and the accommodations were distinctive and luxurious. We were pampered the entire visit.

The hotel is outstanding. The welcoming committee was beyond reproach. The room was impeccably clean. The grounds and the pool were exceptional. The welcoming bottle of wine for our 50th wedding anniversary was much appreciated. The breakfast was adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, the on site restaurant was under construction. They did offer a very limited dinner which we tried once. The shuttle was extremely helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, this service is not advertised. The website claims it’s available until 9:30AM. We discovered after two days it’s available upon request to and from Hamilton proper. The only other disappointment was the unadvertised additional charge for daily room service. If we were made aware of this charge we would have just refreshed towels. Other than that we would have rated this wonderful venue 5 stars.

Property and staff were amazing. A little noisy in the mornings due to the scooter traffic, but that is inherent to the island for sure. Beutiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend to others as well.

Lovely spot for exploring Bermuda
Lovely garden setting! Royal Palms had all we wanted; friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed and convenient location walking distance to downtown Hamilton. We would stay again!

We love the Royal Palms. They have the most friendly staff and took marvelous care of us. The facility is luscious with greenery and plantings all well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend and hope to be back soon
