We stayed over my birthday weekend and were treated like royalty. All staff are warm, kind and so efficient. We felt truly valued and cared for, seen and heard. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, even the mattress and pillows! It felt more like staying in someone's mansion than in a hotel. Our best travel experience in 70 years.

My latestvisit to the Royal Palms was the best ever. 3 family members joined me for 6 amazing days. The staff created a sense of being welcomed and cared for from morning to night. We booked at the Royal Palms Hotel in Hamilton Bermuda because of the great reviews from travelers and we weren't wrong! First of all, the value for money is excellent compared to other more expensive hotels. Breakfast is included and even wine and cheese for happy hour and a free shuttle service to downtown Hamilton. The hotel is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas and the beautiful gardens. The hotel's new restaurant, Palomino, is a must-try! Breathtaking decor and incredible food at a decent price. The cherry on top is the staff! So friendly, welcoming and with great advice to help us plan our excursions, especially Prisina and Muriel who were absolute sweethearts. They definitely made a big difference in the quality of our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Wow, what a great hotel! We visited Bermuda for my wife's birthday, and the staff went overboard to help celebrate her special week. Everyone, from the front desk, housekeeping, bartenders and whole staff, bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The location is great. They provided shuttle service anywhere in Hamilton, but we also enjoyed our walks from the hotel around Hamilton. We enjoyed meeting many of the other guests during the complimentary breakfast and happy hours. Highly recommend this jewel of a hotel, we will definitely be returning.

From the warm welcome on reception from Teresa we knew this was going to be a lovely stay. The warmth and friendliness of the staff continued throughout our 6 night stay. Impecable gardens, clean amenities, room accessible and a free shuttle into the city of Hamilton. The bar staff, Danny and Jerome quickly learnt our favourite tipple. The Palomino restaurant is a must, Catherine and Anil, provide excellent and attentive service.

The hotel is just outside Hamilton, with a beautiful garden, two resident cats on the grounds and the friendliest staff you could imagine. Everyone was professional and accommodating, especially in helping us with our excursions through Bermuda and to restaurants in the evening. The on-site restaurant, ascots, is also very fine. We couldn’t have been better served or happier with our choice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic boutique hotel, the feel is more like a bed and breakfast but with more space. The staff was lovely and the grounds were impeccable!
