I contacted the hotel at noon on the day of check-in, and then the hotel sent me the password via text message at around 3pm. The room was very large, and you had to scan the password to enter the door and the room, and the passwords were different. It felt very safe. The front desk was very friendly. I didn't need anything to check out, and I just left. The hotel parking fee was 25 per night, but there was free parking on the street.

Despite being only being 8 yrs old the place has been renovated. It has been quite well done with the renovations. The place is situated within close walking distance of the main street of Hamilton. The room was spacious for the main area and the bathroom, and came with a large balcony. The bed ( queen size) was very comfortable. Lots of appliances and utensils came with the room so in room meals could be prepared. The electronic password system for the garage , access into the building and a different password for the room made it a very security conscious place. The person who dealt with my booking, Harry, could not have been more helpful at answering all my questions prior to my stay.

Nice but with issues
Great property but I’m sick of these remote access property. There are security key pads everywhere which are very annoying and potentially a fire trap. But other than that the property was good.

Convenient
Good location & spacious property. A little rigid with check in / check out & additional charges. No on-site reception. Clean, modern & comfortable - minor maintenance issues. Would stay again but wouldn’t rush back.

I have already complaint about this property but only response I got was sorry. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area and cupboards. Bed sheet were not changed from previous stay and hairs everywhere. Very unhygienic and unprofessional. Never staying there even for free.
